They will say the file is in queue for review by an officer.

Do we have to submit PCC for Canada? I have just submitted the one for my back home with my application. And I have not got any request for PCC either??
No it is not required

Received an email from CPC asking me to submit my 5 year old son's U.S. passport photocopy which must be valid for atleast 6 months but my son's passport is valid for only 2 months. So had to apply for an expedited passport renewal application and have to wait for 2-3 weeks to arrive, to submit to CPC

We can infer from this that your file is at RFV location

Diplo I got GCMS notes yesterday afternoon, read through them today and my app was deemed RFV 12th Feb, but co did not review and pass to COPR print queue till 3rd March and of course it took COPR team till 21st March to mail COPR. Was interesting redding my final GCMS

Ok, GCMS file received.

Generated on Mar 10.

All non-blanked assessments except Eligibility remained In Progress, which is not a surprise since third line appeared on e-CAS only on Mar. 27 (it's updated with a delay of 3-4 days).
Due date was Mar. 23 - I think this is when they finally completed the Meds assessment (90 days since MR!). My previous Due date was Feb. 23 and nothing happened on that day.
More importantly new security screening activity appeared. It's blank but I bet it's a response from the partners - NRT.

Location updated from FSW-REG to RK6165

So, it seems that Criminality is what's holding off my file. Both PCCs submitted with initial application.

Thanks for the heads-up Mike!
How many security screening activities do you have in the final file? (including 'not started')
What's the CO code for final review?
When was criminality completed? (I think this is what triggered delay in your case too)

Weekly +1 of course

Yes, I totally missed RK6165:

Registry=>FSW-REG=>HD3=>RK6165=>CPC-O Program Integrity=>FSW-REG (latest location)

Give them a call! I think they approved your app already

Hi Diplomat
My sequence was shown like this as per GCMS notes dated:24-feb-2015
Registry=>FSW-REG=>FSW-TQF(created&updated on 19-jan-2015)

After that I Got medical on 24-feb-2015 and they updated my ECAS on 03-march-2015.

In my case FSW-TQF seems different. Can u explain please?

TQF is FSW in French (travailleurs qualifiés fédéral). Are you NOC or PhD stream?

Even after Medical, call center officer today he told me same that my file is under review & original PCCs are received.
When I asked about security,medical or background check status, he said that cant comment over phone but only said that file is under review & GCMS is not for that purpose to know your status & wait till you exceed normal processing time to know the status.
He sounds less co-operative..

3rd line updated so i believe MR review is done & might be background/criminality/security in process..

What should I expect next?
