I just sent email with attachment, nothing by post. In email from them it says:

10. You must send the receipt to CPC-O. For fastest service, please attach it to an email and send it to the address CPCO-Cost-recovery.CTDO-Recouvrement-frais @ cic.gc.ca

So did I. The fee was allocated in three days after the email date as per GCMS notes.

You may send a scan to CPC-CTD email but it is not mandatory

So I interpret this as sending another courier is not at all required.
I have already sent PCC & RPRF last week by USPS regular mail.( now I realized that i should have opted option with tracking# as with regular mail they say 6-10 days delivery time but no guarantee). Hopefully my envelop reaches safely & on time.

No, this email is for general inquiries only.
RPRF pdf should be sent to cost recovery unit (see Gracey's post for correct email).

Guys, quick question i got and i wasn't sure how to answer. When applying for FSW can you count the experience you had while you were a full time student in Canada? something like internship/co-op experience for engineers for example
