Yes, you can print the label on a normal paper and send it with your passport and PPR mail. They will stick it using tape.

I hope you know the trick how you can generate canadapost label using a US address and card - just write your address and in province write ON and any ON zip code. Hope it helps.

I wanted to ask if someone had similar case from Egypt before i contact them.

If I were you I would go to VFS and show them your PPR printout. They have a direct contact by phone with the Embassy and will get in touch with them at the spot to enquire if it is OK that you use their premises for visa stamping. If they agree (which they should), VFS will forward your PP. Saves lots of time.

Why is it not possible to send the passports to CPC-Ottawa ?? I am an Egyptian and I will do so when I receive my PPR

You can send passports to CPC Ottawa but there are some issues to consider.

1) CPC Ottawa only returns to mail addresses in Canada or USA, so you have to know someone there who can receive them on your behalf then send them to you via courier or ultimately with anyone going back to Egypt in short time.

2) You will have to send your passports to Canada via DHL after it passes some security screening (some say it takes 1 day, some say it can get blocked for 2 weeks)

Technically all this is doable, but i would rather take a safer route if available.

Thanks Diplomatru, I called them twice and they insisted they do not deal with immigration. However i should try to physically go there and try to ask them to contact the embassy. Good idea mate

You are a absolutely correct.
The System adds the 'Billing address' by default as the 'From address' .
Apparently I cannot put CPC-O address .
So yeah. like you said. Put my own address in the From address again.. except for the Zip code.

Then you need actually to apply for PCC and not send your fingerprints to Ottawa.

Collecting fingerprints is just the first step

I just mailed it today. Expected delivery - tomorrow 03/19/2105.
Will keep you posted if I see the same.
By the way, I used UPS too

Based on aforementioned I would stick with option #1

I emailed as suggested to CPC-CTD-Ottawa. Its been 2 days now, no reply.

Are you guys aware of the average response-back time ?
