It is true if you are in any Ontario University. You don't need to wait for MR, you are eligible after PER. See another link... http://uoit.ca/main/current-students/money-matters/tuition-and-fees/changing-international-fee-status-to-the-domestic-tuition-rate/categories-eligible-for-domestic-fees.php

What point ? I didn't see no such statement.

On September 7, 2014, CJIS installed a new IT system. As a result of this installation, we are experiencing delays in processing. Please be assured that each issue is being identified and resolved as quickly as possible, but at this time anticipated processing time for an Identity History Summary is approximately 14-16 weeks. Allow additional time for mail delivery.

Just got off call from CIC call center agent and I was notified that my Visa Office is OTTAWA. I am currently in the United States and he said that my PER is sort of AOR and that the processing has begun.

Is that normal Folks ?

Thanks

My prints were rejected twice by FBI, the latest being last week. I have sent in my third set, but will need to request a 15 week extension with CPC-O for getting FBI PCC for the principal applicant only. All other applicant PCCs are in place. We will also get our medical exams done by early next week, but have a deadline of 4th April to submit Meds, PCC and RPRF.

Do I need to raise a CSE or is there a different process to ask for such a long extension? I have read them giving 60-day extensions, but I need more.

Can i pay domestic students fees after mr??if everything goes well?

I told you!! :)

Regarding the domestic fees, I tried to discuss with my College, but they refuse to accept my enquiry, although the Ontario Ministry of Education rules that after PER you are entitled to pay domestic fees. I also sent the Ministry an email, and they told me it depends on the institution. If it is not on your College website, it is worth to try, but don't raise your hopes high... :(

Ouch!!! that really sucks to be rejected twice considering they take 4 months to process approx. I recommend send them multiple finger prints when you apply again. That way your chances of getting through are better. Ask for extension from CPC. They told me "Send in your documents when available" instead of giving a new deadline :) You can always ask for extension again if your documents are not in place. Good luck mate

Hey Dittmar,

Do you have fresh GCMS notes? What's up with your assessments?

Hello mates!! ;D

Did any late Oct applicants get MR yet? I got PER on 1/27....6 weeks since then but no communication yet. My file reached Ottawa before Feb 12. When should I expect MR? Is this a matter of concern?

Thanks in advance!

Anyone know how long it takes for copr papers to be mailed after decision made?
