Lets be proactive now, there is no point blaming anyone. But please as soon as possible call CIC agent and also send another email make sure you state your details (Name, Application No., DOB, File No. etc.) and forward also the initial email you sent three months ago and tell them that you are still waiting for their response. You are right though, in my friends PPR it was stated clearly that you should inform them if you wish your visa stamping is done in another VO. My friend did that and got a response the next day on list of vO options and their addresses.meena84 said:I had sent them a email two months ago for transferring my case to India since i've moved. They had asked for my passport for Visa stamping i couldn't send my PP since its against Indian laws to courier it outside India.
Does anyone have a idea why they've not replied in two months, even though they say the turn around time is 20 working days for any reply?
If you submitted your "arranged employment" document CIC wouldn't ask you for proof of fund, So obviously your documents didn't convince the officer that all requirements of "Arranged Employment" have been met. I am sure you know the fact that because you are working in Canada even for several years doesn't mean you have an arranged employment condition, You should have the LMIA or your current employer has made an offer to employ the you on a full-time, non-seasonal, indeterminate basis in a NOC 2011 Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B".civilengr said:Yes, I had received it on 6th of March.
I am rephrasing my question since I was not clear,
I hope some-one would be able to give their views about this. I had submitted my arranged employment documents along with Post graduate work permit and few days back I had received an email to submit 6 months transaction statements to show the settlement funds and having only 30 days for it. I have 2 questions here:
Does it mean settlement funds = $12000 and lets say I have debt of $3500
The settlement funds calculated will be $12000 or $8500 ??? Which one will be considered?
Moreover, since I came to know about this after receiving PER so I was not ready for it, if I make all the transactions now in one account from different sources within 15 days , (I have made the transactions in one account already) will it going to effect the visa officer decision?

Thank you so much for the detailed reply, genuinely appreciated. What amount is considered to be a big lump sum deposit?DavidTFS said:I answered your question, see page 250, at the bottom!

I have received a PPR(Ready for visa) email from Canadian immigration yesterday night at 11.30 PM.
And in that email, it was clealy mentioned to inform them about country of residence change of you or your family member. Since my daughter is staying outside india, We are gonna to send out email to them to arrange her visa stamping in Delhi office.
""If you or any of your family members are residing outside North America and you are unable to send your/their passport(s) to Canada and/or to provide a return mailing address in North America, contact us at CPC-CTD-Ottawa @ cic.gc.ca so that we can make arrangements to print visas at another office.""
Thanks all for your support

Thank you +1DavidTFS said:No worries
It really depends on visa officer's discretion, Unfortunately there is no specific answer for this, I personally don't think few thousand dollars will make a big difference especially since you are already working in Canada and making money. Ask your employer to give you an updated letter of employment indicating your salary, hours you work per week and how long your contract is valid for, also send your latest pay stub. More documents, more financial stability, less risk!
Got in the same time, congrats!snowboy said:Good Morning,

If you are from Visa exempt country then you will receive COPR in mail.fjvs121183 said:Hi all,
I just realized that I wont be receiving a PPR email, as based on what diplo just mentioned those who are visa exempt, obtviously do not require a visa.
Should I expect any communication from CPC-O via email? or the next one will be via postal mail?
Have a wonderful day!
