Because I sent it to Ottawa office. My ECAS shows app received on July 28

I will spare Diplomatru from that.

So, I don't know if you used a consultant or not but the thing works like this:
- First your application goes to CIO in Sydney- NS.
- After it passed by the first eligibility screening, and you receive e-mail with your PER (Positive Eligilibity Review), your file is finally sent to the designated Visa Office to further processing. It will depend on which VO you or your consultant indicated on the forms (CPC - Ottawa in our case).
- Then, you pass by the other stages, such as: Interview (if not waived), Medical Request, PCC (if applicable), RPRF (Right for permanent residency fee), and PPR (Passport request).

@ Preet Prabh - If your app was received by Ottawa as you said, it does not follow my timeline. It is a little behind, because my app was received by CIO Sydney on July 22nd and started processing in Ottawa on December 12.
Cheers!

Yes sorry I made a confusion here, it did go to Sydney first and now my case processing centre is Ottawa. I sent my RCMP PCC to Ottawa as they requested for it after receiving medical

Since last PPR issued by CPC-Ottawa in 13.02.2015, NDVO issued :o 195 :o PPR.

Do you think this is due to Express Entry fourth Draw??

I doubt that. Security checks at VOs are done by CIC officer, while the screening of CPC-O applicants is done by CSIS. It looks like they receive a batch each month on second week.

117 days since medicals or 3 months 25 days or
10,108,800 seconds
168,480 minutes
2808 hours
117 days
16 weeks and 5 days

Since app recd by CIO 9 months and 10 days or 286 days or
24,710,400 seconds
411,840 minutes
6864 hours
286 days
40 weeks and 6 days

Its been a long wait, please wake up CPC Ottawa!!!

What do you mean the letter directed to your husband but all the information is yours?

i mean that the rejection letter was addressed to my husband the spoyse...my husbands name was the one writtennot mine ...ironically the visa officer did this mistake
i dont know if this will be important or not but the second day i sent him an email with new dated work certificates..and explanation and told him that the refusal letter was addressed to the spouse not the main applicant
i am also going to contact a lawyer today to appeal ...but i m hoping he accepts my letters without me going through the whole appeal process
