Where do hou reside and what address is displayed on e-CAS. and what is your current e-CAS status

I am a May 30th, 2014 applicant, NOC 1112. The last set of documents - FBI PCC were delivered to CPC-O on February, 3rd, 2015. Since then I have heard nothing back. Anyone else sailing in the same boat?

Look, they have a lousy review schedule. If it was the PCC that was holding off your file, than it must be assessed by the CO and then the app should get in queue for final review by the Assistant Director. I believe that you might hear from them by second week of April.

It would have went down in case of negative selection decision. Buy a Xpresspost label as per CPC instruction and expect the delivery of some original document. and apply for GCMS notes.

PGWP doesn't apply to that rule...they will send a POF request if you didn't send it initially...you can send me a DM and I will send my phone number and advice u on what to do hopefully!...no problem without a solution if u believe

No, I don't think your file was rejected.

You can have 100 points and still receive NER based on substitute negative determination of eligibility. Yes, CO has that much authority.

And once again, THEY DON'T SEND ANYTHING IN CASE OF NER except an email stating the reasons.

If you have been rejected i think they will send you an email clearly stating that. I have been rejected before even after having a PER on CEC application because they said i was a full time student when i got my experience. I think you should wait a min and just do as instructed if they want to rejected they can easily send you an email/letter stating you have been rejected

Dont loose your confidence buddy, just have faith in God and believe in yourself.

Just try to think if you sent any Original Docs such as any Certificates, as others stated they will clearly state in email you do not qualify and the email which you mentioned in your quote no where sounds like a rejection.

Nope. Think of something like marriage certificate.

Nope. AVR is valid for H, L class visa also but F and J visa has more restrictions.

H and L visa can go to Canada, Mexico and near by islands of USA and come back with in 30 days

BUT

F and J visa can go to Only Canada and Mexico, not near by Islands and other restrictions.

I hope that you have this info validated already? If this process allows one to cross the border and come back to US without a new stamping, then that really solves the purpose of landing formalities as well.

No I don't think of anything else...another thing is i have sent two applications for same noc..one on 30th oct n other on 30th dec..as i got per for my first application I blocked my cc so that they can't charge me for my second application..I haven't heard anything regarding my second application yet..does my second application has any link with this email??btw i did what the email said
