I do not think It is the final review. it is just the last stage of checking your file. Security and Criminality.

Then after this step is done, your application is put in a queue for a final review.

That is because I got my 3rd line updated in 18th December, and then I send them an email asking for my application status in 15th Jan. They replied back in 18th Jan. stating that my application is in the queue for final review.

TO day I got a mail from CPC-O stating that:

Subject: Name - APPLICATION # E000XXXXXX

Dear Mr. Name:

This refers to your application for permanent residence in Canada under FSW category and received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014.

Our records indicate that you had also submitted another application previously under the same category - FSW (Application #E000YYYYYY), which was approved. A letter was emailed to you on January 08, 2014 advising you to submit your and your spouse’s passports for visa issuance. Accordingly, this application cannot be processed any further. You may either submit a written communication to us within next 30 days to close this application or we would close this file as withdrawn.

Please note: Processing fee paid by you to process this application would not be refunded since this application had passed the Stage I of processing.

Thanks

Surprisingly, I did not request CPC-O to withdraw my second application. Surprisingly they recognized the second application (E000XXXXXX - received at CIO Sydney on September 18, 2014) and asking me to request to close the application. I just replied CPC-O to close this application.

I took upfront medicals as soon as i get PER and sent them to CPC-O including RPRF & PCC.

Did not wait for Medical request and RPRF request.

They directly requested for Passport for VISA stamping

You have to request it again incase if you want updated notes. But remember it is going to be a month old when you receive it.

P.S. Don't keep ordering again and again. Your case officer can see all that info.

Hi All,

I received my passport last evening. There was not update on USPS or CanadaPostal website. After I got it I saw the tracker just changed to delivered. I hope for the best for all the folks in this forum!! Thanks to all the valuable information this forum has provided:

PPR : 9th Jan
CPC received it on 13th Jan
Tracker activated : 26th Jan (Evening)

I have ordered GCMS notes which will come on Feb 25th. If I find everything normal in the notes then I will also go for upfront medical and pay RPRF to avoid delay.

This is in reference to your application for permanent residence in Canada.

In order for us to continue the processing of your application, we require the following documents:

We are not satisfied with the FBI Certificate you have provided.

· New and original FBI certificate for yourself and your spouse
