Thanks Bhaii....

So, can I send an email and with attachment of my FBI application and credit card payment receipt...? If I will not get any email reply then I will call them..

Is this OK or should I just call them..?

Regards,

Rahul Bhai,

You got three options (thats what I got from forum experiences so far):

1) Send an email to CPC explaining the situation and ask for 30 days extension for pending PCC. And also keep on trying to contact them over the phone.

2) Send the credit card charge or money order receipt that you have applied for PCC ( This is where money order receipt comes in handy)

3) Don't panic, wait for the PCC or CPC reply. If CPC asks for more info, then reply accordingly. And if you get PCC meanwhile send it to them asap

Due to the US PCC delay, most of the folks were in your situation, and most of the people got the extension, and hopefully you will also get it, and every thing will be OK!! :)

Congratulations and I am very happy for you. :)

When did your prepaid envelope tracking number gets activated?

Hi Rahul,

Since you have communicated to them your situation they will note that for sure in your file.
When I was in the same situation , sent an e-mail mentioning the situation regarding the FBI-PCC as it was the only document pending.
The one attached below was the reply I received from CPC-O explaining exactly how they are taking care of it -

"Good day,
We have received the RPRF fees. Your medical results are in and passed. We are aware of the delay for the FBI and will grant the extension accordingly.
Thank you"

I did not receive a separate e-mail showing any extension details but internally I believe they note it and review again your file after some
specific period of time. My advice would be to sent an e-mail to them explaining your situation , if you have not sent one during the last 15-30 days.

This is my suggestion , please feel free to gather as much information from other forum members also !!

You can send mailing label or tracking number as a proof.
If not just send an email to liaison @ Leo . gov and ask them for status update. They usually reply in a day or two, just fwd that reply as a proof.
By the way what date did you send out an email asking for extension?

CISCO bro,
When did your prepaid envelope tracking number gets activated?after how many days from the date they received PP

SENIORS, I NEED SUGGESTION.

I am waiting for MR from CPC. meanwhile I have got my PCCs for all 3 countries ready. Can I send them now without CPC asking me? they are valid for 3 months and I do not want to take risk. Will it create any negative effect on my file? please let me know.

you can send them, but keep copies with you.
Send an email to CIC after they receive it.
But, since they are valid for 3 months only right, if CIC wont process your case in 3 months, they are wasted.

Thank you. I believe you have to submit within 3 months from the issue date but they are valid till 1 year.

Thanks..

In my email, i did not ask for extension. This thought did not come in my mind at that time. I just said that "I would like kind request to process my application based on available documents and allow me to submit US FBI certificate later whenever I received"

Now as I said in my post, nothing I heard from them like in your case they mentioned about extension.

Regards,

I think sending an email to them mentioning the full details on your application ( including the earlier dates and details of submitting the other doc's)
asking for an extension would do it for you. As I said in my post they would have already marked this FBI delay info in your file.
Please keep in mind while asking for an extension that now FBI clearance is taking approx 13-14 weeks from date of receipt of appln for processing and 1 week addl for postal delivery.
