Our shipment was also received today in MAIL ROOM by YVES , sent through UPS.
Now the wait for receiving the visa stamped passport back..

I gave one xpresspost label along with passports.

I am expecting passports next week.

I have india travel in 3 weeks from now.
If i dont get passports before feb 10th, i m ****ed up

Do you live in the US? Were you able to send a prepaid shipping label from Canada Post to CPC-O? I couldn't use my US credit card for the shipping label so sent the passport without one. Hoping to get the passport back by regular mail soon.

I got my friend from Canada to get m a XpressPost-USA Express envelope which I included with passports.

Hello Friends,

Here is my situation - My application filed on 22nd May 2014. MR, PCCs and RPRF request data was 26th Sept 2014. I sent MR, PCC from UK/India and RPRF payment slip on 22nd Nov 2014. The only one PCC I could not submit due to FBI processing delay. When I sent other documents on 22nd Nov, I attached one letter explaining why I could not submit US FBI certificate at this stage. I attached copy of FBI webpage that shows delay in processing.

My question is --

1) Above what I done is enough OR do I need to submit proof of US FBI application now...?

2) I have not heard back from them when I can expect to hear from CIC. Also I have not heard anything from FBI.

Should I just wait from FBI and CIC and in case if FBI send me document, I need to send CIC immidiately..?

Guys please help me as already 2 month over after I submit requested documents..

Xpresspost should deliver the package with in 3 to 5 days mostly depending on where you are in US. If you are close to Canada border states, hopefully you may get even 2 days after Canada Post picks up the package from CIC.

So already 1 week is over for you, it means they will ship your passport some time next week hopefully. So you even get 1 week to sleep on your Maple VISA Dreams before boarding to Mother India.

Did CIC sent any email saying about extension?

CIC has not sent me any letter... I sent rest of PCCs, MR, RPRF documents before 60 days due period and in my covering letter, I wrote that Please allow me to submit US FBI later whenever I received as there is a delay in US FBI processing.

After this I have not heard anything from CIC..

What should I do now.?

You got three options (thats what I got from forum experiences so far):

1) Send an email to CPC explaining the situation and ask for 30 days extension for pending PCC. And also keep on trying to contact them over the phone.

2) Send the credit card charge or money order receipt that you have applied for PCC ( This is where money order receipt comes in handy)

3) Don't panic, wait for the PCC or CPC reply. If CPC asks for more info, then reply accordingly. And if you get PCC meanwhile send it to them asap

Due to the US PCC delay, most of the folks were in your situation, and most of the people got the extension, and hopefully you will also get it, and every thing will be OK!!

And by the way, for me also it took 3 months to get the PCC, and it was delayed. CIC knows the situation of US PCC, and they will understand your situation.
