i will advice you to apply for your PGWP not BOWP..there's a huge risk in BOWP - Apply for the postgraduate WP because if you graduate from a 2year program, you stand a chance of obtaining a 3year PGWP...BOWP is only for one year..PGWP would be an advantage just incase a PR fails( I pray it doesn't) ...

After how many days can one get a PER/NER after the online application website states "In Process"

The timeline varies from a few days to a few weeks. My ECAS was updated to in process a few days after receiving PER.

It's a simple Canadian counterfoil with no picture. The printing says "immigrant". You can look it up on Google.

Yea There are many more ... but I checked on SS it says 55 days from MR to PPR.. so I m still taking it normal.

Hello All,

I have sent my passports yesterday from USA using UPS and they are delivered to CPC-Ottawa today morning @ 10:45. Signed by YVES. I have purchased the 'Xpresspost envelope USA' shipping label using Canada credit card and included it along with passports. Not sure how long it will take to get the passports back, but I will update you folks as soon as the tracker gets activated.

Please some one confirm if your package was also received by YVES. Thank you!

I need your help.
I was requested for submitting my FBI PCC on December 3rd within 60 days which is February 3rd,2015.
FBI received my fingerprints on November 14th, 2014.
I requested for extension of deadline for FBI PCC to CPP-O and got this reply:

We have received your letter asking for extension to submit the FBI certificate.
According to our records, the due date to submit this certificate is on February 3, 2015.
Please send your request just before the due date, if you do not receive your FBI certificate.
Please also attach a proof of applying for it.


Now my question is !!! I do not have a proof for my application !!! CC is not charged yet!! What else can I show for proof of FBI application!
