Hi Diplo..thank for the wishes..yep now it seemed like it was only a matter of quote..
Gotta wait for the PPR mail now..it could take anywhere from few days to few weeks to get it..hope it comes soon..

BTW, RFV location has three shifts, so you can expect the letter 24hours a day. DM status may come first or follow.

Seems only a few people got DM today. My ECAS is still in process

I'm hopeful that I'd get an update before end of Jan
First time to know about the 3 shifts. Most of my friends have received their RFV email around 11 PM Ottawa time

oh, great! which visa office your friends from?

Did they get DM first? and what is 3 shifts ???

All my friends happen to be Ottawa VO applicants but most of them have received their visas months ago.
What I understood is that the RFV email can be received any hour of the day as the RFV section is working 3 shifts/ day not 1 shift/ day like other sections.
Please correct me if i'm wrong, Diplo.

Just checked my ECAS this morning and it said Decision Made ..

I am pretty sure the status changed this morning as it was in process till yesterday evening .

Going to wait and see how it goes further ..
