From the letter or email

I only have received PER email. Nothing else yet. I guess I have to wait for the MR email to tell who is my VO?

Here is my timeline:
Application received Dec 8, 2014
CC: Jan 29, 2015
PER: Feb 24, 2015

By doing a quick observation, It seems now the trend from PER to MR takes around 3.5-4 months. While before it took only half that time.

USA PCC - almost 16 weeks
UK PCC - around 2-3 weeks
