As soon as Decision is made - the program assistant removes the file from his inventory and is assigned with a new case. Thus, this avalanche of RFV will open the door to the advancement of files in queue for Eligibility review.

That's difficult to say. FSW 2014 program received highest priority over other streams. Some of the files were processed faster than 2013 and even earlier application. EE is hot on the Government's agenda and they will likely fast-track it at the cost of delaying other applications.

everyone is saying their eCas has 3rd line for medical and second line as "we started processing...."

I have only two lines in my eCas

1. We received your application for PR on Oct 27, 2014

2. Medical results have been received

Im not FSW - Im family class - but getting dealt with through Ottawa all the same. My status is identical to yours - I have emailed the office to see whats happening and their reply was 'Our office confirms that your application is being processed as per our regulatory timeline. Please note that we cannot confirm when your file will be ready for finalization.' That was it!

Im sure everything is ok - Why not email Ottawa to confirm that they are processing it?
