Got "Ready For VISA" Last night and Decision made on ECAS today ...

Thanks everyone ..everyone is very helpful ..

I have two question ..
1) The email has 2 address for sending the passport .. one is "Canada Post" other is "Courier" .. Which address will be the best to send the passport? I am planning to have signature in receiving the passport ..

2) Besides I have just renewed my Passport so I have new passport number. So, I think I should write a Cover letter about that .. Is there format for writing Cover letter to Immigration Officer ?

Good evening !!! I got an email : RFV !!!

i have a few questions about sending my passport :

1. Do i need to send my old passport which shows my previous travels? NO

2. Im here in Canada with a dtudent and work permit. Those permits are stapled on a page of my valid passport. Is it safe to mail my passport with those permits? THEY WILL RETAIN YOUR PERMITS

3. Which address did you guys send yours to? Bec there are 2 addresses? XPRESSPOST- COURIER

4. Email said : "quote your application number on your correspondence. So do I write my application number on the outside part of the envelope? YES

5. Email said keep a tracking number sticker from each envelope. So would EACH envelope have a tracking number sticker on it? Or do I keep those numbers? YES, YOU WILL HAVE TWO ADDRESS LABELS

Im sorry I asked a lot. I just dont want to make mistakes

I am July 11th applicant and got PER on Nov 05th. After that they required additional document from me on Dec 10th, which was received by CPC-Ottawa on Dec 22nd.

Even there is only first line there since PER.

I received GCMS notes last week but the last note was that they received additional document on Jan 05, 2015. After that there is no action/movement.


Diplo or anyone who can give me any suggestion please?
