Ok, thanks ll14. It's good to know that. I received med request dec22 and meds done jan05. Until now no 3rd line update. Praying for it.

They also didn't tell me to email it. In the email, I only had till number 6 of the instructions. I wanted to be sure so I sent them an inquiry and they replied:
Please send a copy of your RPRF receipt to this email address: CPCO-Cost-Recovery@cic.gc.ca .

As for the 3rd line, be very patient. It's been 2 months for me and all I can do is wait.

Hi! This got me worried here. On my medical request and additional docs email, there is no number 10 which is the instruction to email the rprf receipt to cost recovery. Instead, i was asked to send ppc and rprf to 219 laurier address. Anybody with same instruction? Thank you.

It's alright. Since you guys also had to submit PCC (which cannot be emailed), they asked you to mail the documents instead of sending it by email. So, sending the RPRF receipt by mail along with PCC is enough. Of course, if you wanted to, you could send the receipt again by email too.

Till now I have sent two emails at interval of 1 month, but did not receive any answer.

Can anyone please let me know what should I do? This is really frustrating.
It is already 2 months. Other people have already received PPR who got done their medicals after me.

I know it is frustrating that CPC is not following any order (or at least we don't know on what priority they are processing applications). If you go through spreadsheet, it is clear that there are lots of people who have completed medicals in Nov, and still waiting for PPR.

So patience is the key and virtue here, and for sure, God will help us all. I hope you will get it soon. All the best ...

This is not necessary, but if you have the money to throw around consider ordering the GCMS Notes.

Case Specific Enquiry Sent to General rather than Ottawa

Last night I was trying to sent a CSE to Ottawa, but it was not working i.e. when I was submitting it, it would give me a IIS error telling me that some Address parameter has not been filled in. I ended up sending a CSE on the General CSE. Would this CSE find its way to Ottawa?

They specifically say not to send same query multiple times. It seems though they answer randomly. A bunch of users reported not getting any response at all.

Thank you Diplomatru My question here was that my VO is CPC-O, but I sent the CSE to the General rather than Ottawa. Is this OK? Would the General just ignore it or forward it to CPC-O??

That's what that address is all about. They forward it to your VO.

Pharm, do you know if you can follow your package on canada post all the way to delivery in the US or do you have to get into the USPS website to track it once it leaves canada and moves into the US?

My package shows that it left canada since yesterday but it hasnt changed status since, it just says in transit. Thanks!

I believe you can track the same tracking no in USPS once it is scanned in USPS system.
I had my WES report tracked in the same way,if I am remembering correct .It was almost 2 years back ..

It is already active in the USPS website but there it says it still in canada while on the Canada post site it says it left canada ... go figure! It hasn't changed status since yesterday but hope to see a status update anytime today. Expected delivery is tomorrow according to the system.
