In the email they say it will take maximum 10 working days plus 1-3 days for delivery by DHL.
Let's see how soon they will be.

why do you want to send it now? I' am afraid it might expire again before they start reviewing our files and they could ask you for another one.
regarding the address, I have no idea except for the below which was in the email they sent earlier

hopefully they will start reviewing our files soon and you won't need another PCC in case you sent it now

Hi almohager, as far as I know, PCC is valid for three months since you do it, and a year since VO receives it. and I guess it shouldn't take a year till they work on our applications ???.

Tell me AbdelAllah you mentioned in April that there are two dates in your GCMS notes Jul & Aug, were there any specific dates in Jul or Aug?
why do you think there are two dates?, are there two steps for reviewing files or Aug is to back themselves up in case of delays?
if it is ok to share with us the exact text written maybe we can conclude something together.

Although my PR application was processed at Ottawa not Cairo, we are in the same boat of the waiting for passports to be returned back from the embassy hopefully with the visa stamped inshallah..

These dates are two dates our files should be brought back to the attention of the officer .. and they are one year from opening the file and PER.

I don't mind at all sharing any information that could be if a benefit. . But it simply says "due date: 13 aug 2015" this is it.

These dates are two dates our files should be brought back to the attention of the officer .. and they are one year from opening the file and PER.

Do you know these 24 hours since when? is it when the application was received, PER or since it moved from Ottawa VO to Cairo VO?

The processing times were last updated May 20, 2015 as mentioned on the top of the page http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/times/perm/skilled-fed.asp, so it is kind of recent.
