@ Shahnur....keep calm..your PER will drop son and if you have your UCI number just check your ECAS and am sure you will see IN PROCESS.My DD was cashed the same date as yours 21st Nov 2014 but i only got PER on the 14th Jan 2015..i am 27th August applicant...i think CIC don't work the way we assume.

Hi,

Yes, the email you received with the UCI no. on Dec 1st week was called your PER - "Positive Eligibility Review".
It's the term used in this forum for having passed the initial stage. Expect your Medical Request thereafter which solely depends on you local VO.

Can you share your timeline, NOC, and VO.

If your second line is updated in ecas then you may expect any day with in range of 1 to 30 days..be ready and keep yourself away from swine flu...hahah just kidding

PLS ADVICE

I did upfront medical and sent to NDVO last week of Dec'14. Self & children no issue, spouse had scraf mark in Lungs, doctor told and its within limit.

After that there is no feedback till I made a call & enquired Apollo Hospital today.

They told only in my spouse emedical, CHC requested additional sputum test & asked results during March'15 (Result will come in 60days from test date. Spouse going to test on Monday, So result will come 27th March)

Pls advice, she have this issue from childhood, still it is in same size. No issue at all. I don't know will this affect my Visa.

I am waiting for the second line too.
But what does it mean? That the local VO received your application and had started to process is?
As I have read here 45-60 days after PER you should expect MR. 2nd line should come before this or they are the same thing?

I got PER on Dec 04th.

i called CIC 2 times till now to check my situation but they rejected to update me and ask me to wait
i didn't receive any rejection mail or my my package return back from CIC .

8th August applicant...NOC-1114... Dd encashed 21st November...no PER

we have almost the same timeline, august 7 applicant here NOC 1212..dd encashed november 15th..PER letter dated November 28, 2014 but I receive it via snail mail last january 7...have you tried calling or sending an email to CIC?
