Thank you! Yes, that's the 1st line that should appear after CIC has charged either your CC or DD. Expect to have your PER soon. Hope for the best.

Possible you can update your profile tab on the left to show your timeline, so we can help each other in monitoring our progress..

CIC online shows "In Process".

Please tell me what is "PER".

I think both of you can write to the VO directly, you may get the File Number directly from VO... I feel like somehow your PER emails were not sent/sent to a different email/somehow not delivered/or PER by snail mail
