If visitor visa Refusal Information not given in form due to clerical mistake.

Hello Everybody
I am new member to this forum. Kindly advise me
Today on 24th March my second Line updated that we have started processing your application on 19th March.
But after 4 hours a mail is recd from Clmb visa office as follows:
"I have found in ur application you have indicated that you have never been refused visa but we have information that u have been refused visitor visa in 2013"
I have now checked my form which was filled by my consultant where he has ticked NO by mistake instead of YES as visitor visa was actually refused.
Visa officer has given me 30 days for sending addl information regarding this. Kindly advice how should i reply avoid the serious consequences.

Hi all

I have received my PPR. Had a couple of queries -

1) Do I hav to send it only through VFS global or can I send it using any other courier. There is only one VFS center in Delhi and it's quite far away from my place.
2) The email asks for details in a table listing things like name, birthdate, passport no, eye color, height etc. Should I fill it there itself (in request letter) or send a separate attachment listing all those details.

You'd better send it by VFS. Otherwise the return package will be mailed by regular post with no tracking.

Finally got my second line updated today after approx a month of MR n RFRP n PCC request. On the top got the third line update as well today. 8) 8) 8) 8) 8)

They run a FOSS check on every applicant at eligibilty assessment stage, so this will come up for all applicants having UCI from previous applications. Now you should explain why you failed to mention it.

I am planning to send my medical receipts, medical form, updated pp bio pages and DD (RPRF) to New Delhi. I have a query regarding the same...
1) Do I have to mention my application number, UCI or any other details on the package apart from the 'FROM' and 'TO' address?

No need to mention on the package, but you may mention the same on cover page inside the package.

It better not to. As back of DD has security features.

Better to mention it on "RE" section in front.

In India, nothing apart from beneficiary and amount can be written on the front of the DD. whatever details need to be mentioned have to be on the backside.

guys, the date of expiry of my visa is not same as the date of medicals done. I hope the date printed on my visa s final....am i right?

2-3 weeks for stamping.

Currernt PR card timeline is 40-50 days from the day you land.

Yes you can go to India but then you will need Travel Document to re-enter Canada.

PR card comes as a regular mail not registered mail.
