Need Help urgently..! :-[

My application under NOC 0311 was received on 28th November at CIO and DD was encashed on 29th January.

I was hoping for PER mail but instead of that I got a mail from CIO along with UCI no. And Application no. stating that they are refusing my application.

The reason which was given by them is that I have not submitted evidence of completion of a Canadian Secondary Educational credential ( or it's equivalent ). "Equivalency assessment by WES does not demonstrate that you have completed the equivalent of a Canadian secondary educational credential."

I can't understand this as WES report clearly demonstrates my Bachelor and post graduate degree with admission eligibility criteria and also I have submitted my notarized 12th standard mark sheet with FSW application.

Kindly suggest the way forward..!!

I wanted to know would it possible to go to another country like US to study after you get your PR?
I'm an Indian citizen currently but I might have to go to the US to study. Would that be possible?
Is there a minimum time period for which I have to stay there?

No one will stop you from going to US for studies even when you get canadian PR.
But to continue the Canadian PR beyond 5 years, you need to be in Canada for at least 2 years of the 5 year tenor..

Hi all

I have received my PPR. Had a couple of queries -

1) Do I hav to send it only through VFS global or can I send it using any other courier. There is only one VFS center in Delhi and it's quite far away from my place.
2) The email asks for details in a table listing things like name, birthdate, passport no, eye color, height etc. Should I fill it there itself (in request letter) or send a separate attachment listing all those details.

You can send the passport in whatever fashion you want, but VFS is the safest and most recommended.
You can fill separate sheet with the details in same format and send.

I am new member to this forum. Kindly advise me
Today on 24th March my second Line updated that we have started processing your application on 19th March.
But after 4 hours a mail is recd from Clmb visa office as follows:
"I have found in ur application you have indicated that you have never been refused visa but we have information that u have been refused visitor visa in 2013"
I have now checked my form which was filled by my consultant where he has ticked NO by mistake instead of YES as visitor visa was actually refused.
Visa officer has given me 30 days for sending addl information regarding this. Kindly advice how should i reply avoid the serious consequences.

Each applicant is responsible for what is mentioned in his / her application form. Need to check each and every detail carefully before sending the application. Can't push the blame on the consultant. Tell CIC / VO the facts, apologise for the error done and tell them it was done inadvertently. It's up to the visa officer to decide what best he can do. Hopefully he doesn't take it too seriously.

does WES report mentions your college as recognized college here in India? were you able to find your college on their website while creating profile for evaluation? if yes, then reply back to the refusal email with your concerns. also attach a scanned copy of the WES report highlighting the Canadian equivalency of your education... do a follow up after two days with (Urgent: or Attention: mentioned in the subject line..

Post screenshots of your WES ECA report and rejection letter by CIO removing all personal details, so that we might help you.

e-CAS is electronic platform where you can track status of your application. I want to assume that you have your PER already. If that is rhe case then In process means your application has been accepted by CIC and your VO will contact you at a later date
