Hi,
Would you mind sharing your timeline?

I too am from Hyderabad.
Sorry, dont know how to do it?

Dears,
I've contacted the CIO for the 3rd time to make sure to which visa office my application has been transferred. On the previous calls , they told me that my application had been transferred to Cairo Visa Office which , as far as I know , is supposed to be not working and the applications would be alternatively transferred to CPC-Ottawa. So, it would be strange that my application will be processed in Cairo Visa Office. Today, I called them and explained all these circumstances and I have been told that my application is still in transit in the CIO !! . Then , I asked where it would be transferred and again they insisted that they don't know but it's supposed to be Cairo Visa Office as per the application. I got my PER email nearly a month ago, Is it normal that my application is still in transit although some fellows whose PER emails were received later were told that their application were transferred to CPC-Ottawa ? Is there a relation between the NOC and the date when the application will be transferred ?
My Noc : 3112
Thanks in advance!
Regards!

NOC 2133
Application received date : 7th Oct 2014

PER : 14th Jan 2015

No AOR Yet.... 1 Month Passed ........Is it Normal ??

That is a surprising to hear. I thought person with HIV is bound to be a burden on Canadian healthcare system so it's impossible to overcome it!

Where did you hear that CIC granted PR visa to an HIV infected person?

He will be issued procedural fairness letter. Applicant will have to prove that he wont be burden on Canadian Healthcare System, and if he is successful in proving that he might be granted PR.

There are a couple of threads about HIV. I remember reading it in one of those but I confess I don't remember the details. I believe it may have required a court case.

If the primary applicant has Hiv , you are 99% likely to get rejected. If the dependents have HIV you still have a fair chance of clearing medical. Please refer cic manuals related to medical .

Yes. MR takes a while after AOR. For me it was 2 months. It could be longer or shorter. No need to worry, just wait.

Thank you for your reply Future Canadian.
