As I stated , I've already told them more than once to the cio before getting my PER and when I got my PER email, I informed them again to the cio and the VISA OFFICE which is more likely to be Ottawa (despite not being informed in my PER email ) . Worries began really at the moment I discovered that mistake , as I heard many controversies whether to update them or not. Some insisted to update them , other not, especially because that I didn't get a refusal personal email or rather a refusal stamp on passport.
