Dear All,

I just received email from LVO to fill the updated information chart. Is it PPR1?

Moreover, they have asked for the scan copies of passports of myself and each family member. But they also mentioned that

"the passport we have on file for your spouse will expire at the end of this year. She will require a renewed passport for travel".

The passport of my wife will be expiring in October 2015.

Do we have to apply for the passport and later send the updated information chart with new passport details?

OR

Do we have to send the information details with the old passport and then apply for the new passport?

Can anyone guide me what should I do?

@muslim_web, we're on the same NOC and application date. Still don't have news for me. Expecting this week.

Yes it looks like PPR1.
I would suggest you renew your wife's passport as it has be to valid for atleast 1 year (as mention in my PPR email) at the time of issuing visa. Once you receive renewed passport, send it to LVO along with other requested documents if any.
 
I received MR on 05 jan 2015. The medicine is the last step further only check crime? That is eligibility of the program I passed if sent medicine? I sent my app in march 2014. Already waiting nearly year

Thanks dear. I am also planning for the same. Hopefully, we will get new passport in a week time. LVO has given me 10 days time to reply with updated information chart.

I'm not nervous at all!

Honestly now I'm hoping maybe this week I get PER.

Plus, this week is first draw of Express Entry as well!

Hey jons,

Usually, MR comes after background check and it's the last step before PPR.

So, as I understand (but Mr. Diplomatru can correct me :)), before they issue you MR they already process all of your application: check your job references, security check, and only medical is missing.
