i wanna ask, if i got my UCI number by phone and my ECAS shows alive, does it mean "for sure" i will receive PER not NER?

Chances for NER are very slim

If you have the required points, 99 % PER is on the way

I need an immediate advice on travel document application.

I landed on PR in January 2015 and stayed for a week in Canada. After signing my job offer, I came back to UAE so that I can close my children school account and take my family with me in March, 2015.
Since I have to go back to Canada in March, 2015 to start my job, will Local visa application consider my request and approve my case?
How complicated is to get the permanent travel document in this case?

Please any one advise/ expert opinion...

Thanks!

Hi. Congrats on becoming an official PR and getting a job so quickly! How did you go about that?

Getting a Permanent Resident Travel Document should be no trouble for you (for details, see http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp). You should just mention that you returned early without getting your PR card to wrap up and prepare your family for the move as well as submit a copy of the work contract/signed offer letter with your application to show that you need to get back to Canada soon to start that job.

Bro there is no one from july who has reported MR from july...hmmm NDVO is on fire ..great job

As I understand it, CBSA does not actively track exits from Canada, only entries. However, if they want to, they can gain access to the airline passenger lists to see that a particular person exited, but I don't think this is the norm. Others can correct me if I'm wrong.

You can leave the country without getting the PR card, but to return to Canada, you will have to pick one of three Options: 1) either find a way to get the PR card to you abroad after it arrives at the address in Canada (sending via courier is NOT recommended, though persons have done it successfully), 2) apply for a Permanent Resident Travel Document (http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/travel.asp), or 3) travel to the US and then drive across the border in a private vehicle, showing your signed COPR when asked.

I am hoping to go with Option 1 and that the PR Card is delivered to my Canadian address without issue so that a family member can take it to me.

Very well answered. +1
