Thank you for the positive remarks and information. I started mailing them about 3 weeks back and have done that about 3-4 times. May be the holidays season would have contributed to the delay so far. Today as per advice on this forum, I have also put case specific enquiry. Based upon reply from folks like you, I am still keeping my hopes alive.

Though on the contrary, I am also thinking if Canada immigration government would grab my money without giving my any response .

Frnds as expected i have got my file back on 15th jan as forgot to send my degree certificate copies,my application reached cic on dec 4,and cic letter is date jan 2,if nyone has question i ll be happy to answr.


One thing i want to know from experience ppl thr,that they have written 8 digit numeric no. with pencil in UCI box on my generic form.Is this my UCI no. i have to mention in express entry profile.because whn i try to check online status using this no. it doesnt work.so can mail them regarding this,if yes pls giv me mailing address

It's a completely different stream. You can apply for both if you wish, but you are not required to do so.

I have applied for NOC 1114, my app reached cic on 4th sep.till now there is no news, dd is not yet en cashed. I have emailed CIC in Nov,no reply for tht. called cic many times, yesterday call got connected to an agent, she said with out UCI number no info will be available. should i still hope positive. its already 140 days\ and i find no information on noc 1114.Plz help

Is it necessary to land in Canada with primary applicant??

Or

The secondary applicant can land without primary applicant ?

Primary applicant must land first, or with other applicants.

Second applicant can't land first.

Hi Brother..

Payslips and other job related documents are optional / supporting documents .. If you have the reference letter strong as per the guidelines mentioned in Document checklist form, you are good .. do not worry ... Payslips, business cards, tax docs and others are just to make your case much stronger but again those are just supporting docs ..

I hope you did good with your reference letter.. More details pulled from document checklist for your quick reference


Letters must be:
• written on company letterhead,
• signed by the responsible officer/supervisor,
• show the company's full address, telephone and fax numbers, e-mail and website addresses,
• stamped with the company's official seal (if applicable).

Letters must include all of the following information:
• the specific period of your employment with the company,
• the positions you have held during the period of employment and the time you spent in each position,
• your main responsibilities and duties in each position,
• your total annual salary plus benefits in each position, and
• the number of hours worked per week in each position.

Additional supporting documents may include:
• copies of work contracts, and
• copies of pay stubs.

and Yes I've submitted all the rest of the documents on the company letter head, its just the pay slips that are missing but I sufficed it with a salary certificate(on company letterhead). Further, all the documents are stamped with company's seal.
