I am 3rd Oct applicant waiting for per I don't know what to do as 20 Oct applicant get per. I am really worried and getting nervous now . I have 68 self calculated points. Will I make it or not ?

you'll give us a good news soon buddy! Once charged after c-check & also keeping in mind you pre-assessed your self to 68, results in 99.9% chances of PER

Thanks for sharing the link. Quite insightful.
I still don't believe there will be exceptions. One of the intent to roll Express Entry is to ensure that applicants who enter the country have a better success rate. Hence a active Job offer will be the key.
But somewhere in my head, what you say makes rational sense.
I still hope that FSW applicants don't have adverse affect due to this program.

So whole idea of introducing EE is to put ranking system on top of fSW,FSTW and CEC. All those who have job offers with +ve LMIA have advantage in EE, as in earlier case in FSW these candidates get high points but they dont get expedited processing, with EE these candidates get high ranking and will get ITA soon. It makes difference for candidates who have overall good score and not necessarily when they apply for program. With EE they can control number of applicants by selecting limited applicants from the pool for ITA.

i think that NDVO is busy in clearing the first batch completely who have been issued PPR. May be only than they would take up the next batch....is this analogy correct ....seniors pls comment

May be... visa issuance is keeping some staffs busy and holding PPR...it's clear from last month that they allocated some resources for PPR and in that time MR/RPRF slowed down during 2nd week of dec....So, we can expect PPR once MR/RPRF is slowed down....hope all May-june applicants get PPR before 15th feb...after that there will be extra pressure for EE..

Y is NDVO so slow on PPR issuance???
So many are waiting!!!!

This is slightly depressing now!!!

Come on NDVO...

Kindly help

App Sent 16/09 ... app recd cy CIC 24/09 .... DD en cashed 17/12 as per bank ..... NO PER yet

I called CIC and after several times was able to get my UCI

Online status says ..... IN PROCESS

Below on the same page there are some links with explanations
1st for Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada &
2nd for Application for Permanent Residence - Federal Skilled Worker submitted to the Centralized Intake Office (CIO) Sydney, Nova Scotia

Status " IN PROCESS " has a different meaning on both links ... which 1 should be followed ... and how long does it take for PER email after UCI is created

Thanks
2nd link is to be followed.
Since we're not so sure of actual date when UCI was created, it's better to estimate with no of days btw CC charging and receipt of PER.
Mine was about 20 days btw CC charging and PER. It varies anyhow but typically should be btw 2 - 4 weeks.

Regards

Good if ndvo can do this...hope for the best

so technically you are trying to say as below !
NRI16 = Ndvo Restart Issuing PPRs | 16 = in a sweat way ;)

Hey guys, while checking my application status online, it says ''In Process''. Does it mean that file has been transferred to respective VO? And below that its written
"The following tables will help you understand the status of your application."

"Application for Permanent Residence Outside Canada
Application for Permanent Residence in Canada
Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia"

Which one of the above is applicable for us ?

Application for Permanent Residence - Federal skilled Worker submitted to Sydney, Nova Scotia"

Good people of this forum,

Today I received the GCMS notes about my application. I hope this data helps people easing their minds, or gives an idea about thier own application. The notes file is fifty pages and a little confusing. So I tried to make a summary. Here it is;

2014.08.25 : Application fee encashed
2014.09.08 : Eligibility passed at CIC
2014.09.08 : PER
2014.09.11 : Secondary Office added (Paris)
2014.09.20 : AOR
2014.09.26 : Eligibility assessment started at Paris VO
2014.09.26 : RPRF & Medical request
2014.09.29 : RPRF paid
2014.10.06 : RPRF received
2014.10.15 : Medical tests sent
2014.10.17 : Medical passed
2014.10.21 : ECAS 3rd line updated (before 2nd line)
2014.10.28 : Eligibility passed at Paris VO (ECAS 2nd line updated)
2014.11.13 : Criminality passed
2014.12.17 : GCMS notes requested
?????????? : Security passed (at the time I requested GCMS notes, security check hasn't been done yet, so the date's unknown to me)
2015.01.13 : ECAS 4th line updated
2015.01.14 : PPR

Anyone from NDVO who has raised GCMS Note and received feedback recently , please post a similar summary?

Hi All,

What documents are to be attached in a CSE to LVO about new employer? other than Offer letter and pay slips
Do i need to send reference letter from new employer as well and experience letter from previous employer ?
new job does not match NOC i have applied for, will it be a problem ?

Please advise
