I am a 29th Dec applicant and desperately waiting for my cc to be charged. Although I know it is too early to be thinking on those lines however would still like to ask the members of the forum an expected date by when they think it will be done.

Also by any chance NOC 0112 is expected to cap before my turns comes?

You can expect CC anytime in march...i dont remember exactly but u r safe as far as cap is concern...enjoy

During medical, do they give us back the medical form with sign and stamp?
As far i know we have to submit that forms along with the other docs.

Yes, they wll give medical form with sign and stamp / payment receipts.

You have to submit this form and payment receipts both along with other documents.
