It happened to me too Two agents told me that no email was sent And today one agent told me that it was sent on 27 May She requested resending it and I am waiting

She told me that she will send to VO to resend it again but it will take time may be less than 3 months

I called them today and one lady told me that ppr mail was sent to me on 27 May ,I didn't recieve any mail from them so I have the same problem like some of guys here After 15 days I know that i didn't recieve this email What should i do now Is there any one recieve email after CIC resending it???

Thank you for your answer I sent e-mail from one week and no reply and I called them many times until one lady told me that my file is fine and no problems until now and I should wait for e-mail and she refused to tell me if my case positive or negative Rabena esabrna
