Hi Guys,
Finally I received so-called PER today morning. Very strange is: They charged $1100 (for 2 person) on my credit card, but letter states $1000. It is their mistake for sure, but does it make any difference? Can I ignore it? or Report them.

Another question is: They did not quote visa office (other FSW class gets PER with name of visa office). Since I applied on PhD stream, is CPC-Ottawa always a visa office for all applicants?

First, the amount is clearly a mistake and there is no need to do anything. The receipt is for your record.

Second, PER email DOES NOT specify VO, but it would be assigned by CIO based on your country of residence. If it is Canada then it would by default be Ottawa.

you can inform them once you receive PER about change in circumstances. Medicals can be done from anywhere in the world and once they request pasport u can ask them for permision to submit it to CHC where you will be at that time.

hy i sent my pp for visa before 87 days ,i am still waiting/i sent a case status inquiry to LVO. HE replied thar our office is waiting the results of routine verifications.kindly tell me how much time i have to wait

Checked my PER and they have quoted the right amount.
I suggest best to report it on your part.
