Hi Friends,

I have noticed lot of PPRs and visas from NDVO, even june and july applicants got PPRs... What is happening at CPC-O? did they stop processing applications beyond review stage?
Anyone recently got PPR request from CPC-O??

That's incorrect.

GCMS is an online system designed for CIC and it's foreign missions. It maintains all immigration records for applicants.

As per law, only Canadian Citizens or Permanent residents can request information about an immigration file on GCMS and CIC charges CAD$5 but we have to request it thru someone living in Canada who makes few bucks for doing this process for us.

Not exactly. Anyone legally staying in Canada can apply for GCMS notes, be it visitor, student, refugee, etc.

My doctor runs an eMedical facility, so he will upload the results to NHQ himself. They are supposed to send me an email as soon as they do.

Have you made an appointment with a clinic already?

I Received my PER letter from my representative moments ago , and here is my data

App Received : 24 Sept 2014
DD Cashed : 1 December 2014
PER : 6 Jan 2015

ECAS is alive

Yes Two applicants received PPR request from CPC-O yesterday. I hope they shall start sending PPR's after october

Guys

Is it unusual for the visa office to ask an applicant to submit police certificates and then go totally silent for 6 weeks (and counting)? I have copies of the certificates and I know those cannot be any basis of silence.

In short, just trying to understand from experienced applicants if its normal for visa office (Hong Kong in my case) to take months for sending medical request despite receiving police certificates?

June July Applicants ? I believe that the list is only limited to May right now..
