Hi everyone, Please help me..

I sent my application to a Relative of mine in Canada as she had one of the supporting documents. She sent it to CIC Nova Scotia via Canada post. There is no tracking number or anything. It's been almost a month. How do I know CIC has received my application? Thanks

The first communication from CIC is PER mail. U can raise case specific enquiry to CIC, but with the info you have i doubt they can reply you within the normal time frame.

The next update is when they start processing your application.
If everything goes well, u will get MR around 30-60(?) days( please refer to the SS for NVO, supposed your visa office is NVO).
It depends on what documents you provided them, how good your support docuemnts are, i can not say for sure.

My dear friend ..

from your entry on SS, I see that you have chosen DD as mode of payment. Have you confirmed that your DD has been encashed?

If it has been encashed. CIO performs MI review or Eligibility review as per their guidelines. For Certain applications, they take more time because of additional education or NOC code or anything. This again is my assumption.

Actually I have resigned from previous employer and joined new one.
My Consultant told me to wait for the update from VO as they will confirm new address and then we need to update new offer letter and required documents ?

Can you please suggest me ?

Hi All,

Does anybody has any idea on the final number of applications as on 31st Dec ?? The last update was 16th dec and I am sure there were a lot of applications sent along with mine between 16th and the 31st. I was expecting a final count before the page was pulled out. Please share if anybody has information on the total count received for 0112 as on the 31st. Its surprising that CIC just pulled the page down without any final updates for 2014 leaving everything to our imaginations.. My application was received on the 18th Dec in NOC 0112 .. what should candidates like me make out of it ?

Just a warning: you are reading it wrong. The numbers on CIC's page reflect completeness check - something that was arround the end of October.

We don't know what happened from the end of October untill the end of December - it's a long time period.
