I apologise to re-post my query that has given me stress over the past few days . . . .

I got married on 06/12/2014 and sent my RPRF on 15/12/2014 . . . . But I didn't informed CIC regarding my marriage . . . . The reason was being occupied with work and time was too little to send all her documents . . . .

Now, how do I inform CIC at this stage . . . . I need advice . . . . Shall I tell that "I was busy" or shall I say that "My wife doesn't want me to join in Canada at the moment b'cos she is focusing on her career in India" ...... or shall I say "Due to financial constraints" ...

I really need your advice and suggestion . . . .

Bro,

You missed GOLDEN chance to inform CIC and NDVO as you got married on 06/12/2014 and sent RPRF on 15/12/2014.

If you were busy how come you sent RPRF on 15/12/2014 ?

So now dont do any thing go get your PR and activate your PR by landing in Canada.
Then start processing PR of your wife in family class .

This is just my thoughts, you can always take second advice.

I think you still have to wait before calling it a rejection. I dont think the reason quoted by you makes you disqualified. Their appraisal is purely technical which I think you meet.

My time line:

Application reached nova scotia : June 2, 2014
PER: Sep 29, 2014
AOR: Nov 7, 2014
Medical and Passport request together : Nov 19, 2014
Submitted PP to vfs dhaka : Dec 4, 2014

Received PP with PR visa stamp : Dec 18, 2014

Thats not weird I think. Why should anybody be interested in knowing about a non-existing immigration option. Also, why app count matters when they are not accepting anymore! Whatever the count is, there is nothing one can do for FSW2014.

It is really weird. My NOC is near to 1000 when I applied, but still had around 180 vacancies; thus, I applied and my file was received dec 23 at CiC. I was expecting to see the final cap update to make sure whether my file entered the race or not, but damn they closed it without giving final summary.
Project closing have some professional steps; thus, I still believe CIC will give summary after holidays.
Let's see.

Now that is the best part of being an employee.... u can resign...and buddy i have already done that as i also got Australian PR....its a KICK ASS FEELING ;D

Buddy should i send my passports via vfs or mail them directly....what do u suggest

just my opinion
If you haven't got the PPR yet, u still have chance to inform the Visa officier. It will certainly delay the visa processing time. Let say u get visa now, then u plan to sponsor her later as a spouse. U still need to explain CIC, why you did not inform them before the Visa issued.

Hi "Rampal" Ji,

How did you submit RPRF.. Online or sent a DD to NDVO...

This is the second case here on forum for which I can say that "you yourself are making the things in troublesome situation".... I am not able to digest the reason "that you were :-* :-* :-* (busy) after marriage" that's why you did not inform CIC then how can an Immigration officer will digest it... Even all other excuses that you have mentioned here may also make your case weak or delay the process...

On the serious note.. Can you please tell when you got your medicals done... and what was the last date to submit the medicals and PCC... You will have to get Medicals and PCC done for your spouse also..
If everything is done for yourself and now you are just waiting for the passport request from NDVO then you just wait for it. In the passport request also they mention to inform any such kind of life changing even and you can inform at that time.. Or even you can tell now without any excuse mentioning in your cover letter. Just write that you got married on so and so date, so please let me know the next steps and send medical form for her. In the meantime get PCC for her... I am again saying that do not mention any excuse... Hope they will not ask that why you did not inform earlier.. If they will ask then at that time you can say that you forgot to inform it and thought that you can inform at "Passport Request" stage...

Hope this helps... Again.. This forums answer is based on past experience and this is I guess a new case where someone was very busy after marriage... that he could not inform CIC...

By the way you can tell the truth here.. why did you not inform CIC .. Where did you go for Honeymoon...

I was also very busy after my marriage.. I was in US and had only 2 weeks of leaves and within 2 weeks I came got married.. got Marriage Certificate Got Medicals done for wife .. Took the visa interview date for US embassy and ... had a honeymoon after reaching US.. offcourse it was company sponsored as ticket was booked for her was by my company..

The last update was 16th dec and I am sure there were a lot of applications sent along with mine between 16th and the 31st. I was expecting a final count before the page was pulled out. Please share if anybody has information on the total count received for 0112 as on the 31st. Its surprising that CIC just pulled the page down without any final updates for 2014 leaving everything to our imaginations.. My application was received on the 18th Dec in NOC 0112 .. what should candidates like me make out of it ?

Candidates like you should wait for few weeks like all other candidates and we will be able to know that your application made it or not.. No one knows any additional detail than what is mentioned on CIC website..
