FIYAZALI said:Very hard to believe, many members on this Forum reported that Even an SSC certificate is acceptable.
I also had the same problem, i had send my affidavit along with my application but was not very sure if the affidavit is signed or not.
As i had actually three copies of drafted affidavit with one signed and two unsigned and was not sure if I have submitted signed or not to CIC, many people said me that 10th Certificate is acceptable.
However now I have submitted revised affidavit again after 63 days, but not sure if they consider my revised affidavit or is my file already way back, kindly advice what do you think did I realized the problem very late or CIC may be consider my revised Affidavit after 63 days also.

My suggestion, inform the doctor. Also if possible, get all the reports.visa_4all said:My sister who applied for FSW 2014 had a trauma around 5 years back and had a minor surgery to her elbow and fixed screws. One year later screws were removed.
Now her elbow is slightly bent. (very small difference may be 5 degree) and a scar
She had not submitted any reports about this to CIC at the time of application.
1. Does she needs to inform about this at the time of medicals
2. if yes, any old reports need to be shown at the time of medicals or not.
or is it OK if she dont tell this to medical officer, as it was long back.
only photocopy of the reports may be available, as this was long back.
please suggest
thanks
I think the chance of money getting charged is lower, around 75%. And the chance of getting PER after charging is 98%, the chance of getting through after getting PER is 80-85% (depends on visa office really. Warsaw VO's approval rate for FSW has been as low as 55%, for example).Century said:There are two cases.
Case one: Application is found incomplete. In that case, no ECAS will be updated. It will be refused.
Case two: Application is found complete but later on found not complying with Ministerial Instructions. In that case, applicants ECAS could be initially updated but later on could be found either "Decision Made" or ECAS become vanish.
For both cases, UCI is generated. My guess (not looking into spreadsheet), around 15% file is rejected. So when someone apply, chances of going through is 85%. After charging, possibly 98% chances of getting through.
