I filled that information by black pen.

They may call supervisor/HR, send the scan copy of your reference letter to them for confirmation, may visit your office for physical verification (if they think your supervisor/HR is not trustworthy). They will deploy whatever trick is needed for confirmation. They may even call for interview.

I guess i have finally resolved the mystery of -1 givers.... these are the guys who got there files returned as i got -10 in couple of hours after sharing my visa news.

So, guys kindly give me -1 to make them lil happy.

For those who have given up on their Canadian Dream and resorted to giving -1 to others...... there are multiple options under Express Entry... also Nova Scotia and Saskatchewan are opening provincial programs.... u can always apply under them. So, plz DONT GIVE UP.

When did you submit the passport with VFS and how long they took for stamping?

I submitted passports in VFS delhi on December 18th and I was expecting to get them back by Jan 1st week sometime.

But email has come today that they are ready for collection, so 11 days including non-working days which is quicker than my expectations

No, It will not create any problem as long as your manager does not create any problem for you I mean if he simply refuse to verify your letter than it would be a problem. Do not think too much about the things which are out of your control. I am sure in next 8 or 9 month you will be in Canada if you have already sent your application. Stay kool and cheer

After getting PER, visa office does not usually reject an application without giving an applicant opportunity to explain. You can prove your experience by providing other various evidence you may have. Such as reference from other colleagues, copy of pay slips, copy of project, photos, so many things.

I think you should inform your VO about it. Don't worry. If whatever you written in your reference letter is true, you will go through. The problem is it could get delay only. In anyway, if your orgainsation is not a reputable one, VO generally check it.

Dear Friends,

I have raised CSE pertaining to accompanying my wife. I have been asked to submit documents latest by end of Feb 2015. I have few queries:

1. We have to submit PCCs of my spouse (Pakistan and USA).

1.1 My wife has stayed in three different cities in Pakistan, I have obtained PCC of the current city in Pakistan. Will it be enough or do we have to obtain PCC of other cities as well?

1.2 We have already applied for USA FBI report (application received on Oct 28-2014). Assuming it is taking 4 months to receive the report, it will be a close call if I can get the report in time. Should I submit other documents now and send USA FBI report as I receive it later on? Or Should I wait for the FBI report and submit all documents together?

2. We have to submit 2 passport photos of my wife. What photo specifications do we need to follow?

Don't know brother. But you can make the Death Certificate from Doctor/Hospital ready in case VO ask it for.

If the CIO don't revert, do inform your VO once it get transferred.
