As you can observe as per latest update on this page (on 16th December), total of only 16109 applications [11,544(accepted) +4,565 (pending review)=16109] are with CIO. So, it is really difficult that rest of the 8891-applications will be counted only with in a period of two months. Whereas in total of around 5-6-months only 16109-application are received. So, it seems that there was an average rate of receipt was roughly 3000-applications per month. Whereas the rate of receipt of applications at CIO is declined in November and December, if we consider that the numbers entered in the excel sheet of this forum are representative of the show happening at CIO so maximum of applications that will be received in the month of November, and December hopefully will not be more then 5000-applications. Moreover our NOC-0113 has received only a total of 227+178 = 405-applications. Therefore our applications would have been opened prior to filling up of the CAP.

Am I correct to say that the 11K plus accepted are those who have received the PER while those 4K plus are like you and me, i.e applicant sent and pending PER?

I Am 14 MAy 2014 Applicant NOC 2174 Visa office New delhi ....MEdical recieved 4 nov 2014 ....wating for PPR ....(approx 1.5 month done)now question is ...i have a kid ..and admissions are going for pre nursery nursery classes .. should i go for admission for my kid aur wating for PPR process realy confusing

If your ECAS shows "Medicals Received" then you will get PPR, unless there's anything in your background check. Before you get visa stamped in your passport, you should continue the normal course of life ( admitting your kid in school for example). This is my opinion.

PS - I'm not Senior here. Rather much junior than you since I filed my app just weeks ago.

I am NOC 1123 applicant, my application was recieved on 3rd nov, already 822 applications( including pending) recieved under this NOC as per the latest updation by CIC.
Do you think my application is already in this 822 applications and if not, than do i stand any chance that my application can come inside the cap as already 822 done for the NOC.

completeness check is done usually within a month. CIC updated caps on 16 December. So your 3rd November app is most likely included in the number mentioned by CIC.

1- they are asking me for a complete adress in Canada.... I am going to stay in a hotel until i find aparment...what should i write?

2. My ecas still show "in process". NOT SECOND OR THIRD LINE UPDATED... Is this something to worry about?

It is not a change of employment or change of status (residential) or change of family composition or a major disease. So, a short visit is not required to be informed. Just check in the PER email for what changes, you need to inform your VO.

1) pick a friend's address if applicable. Otherwise a hotel will do the trick.
2) no. Probably you will get three lines at one time.

1. Give the address of the hotel you will gonna go. Just inform that it is your plan to go that address.

2. No, not at all. Some VO do not update ECAS properly.

Guys..i have query
For PCC verification,on my passport my spouse name is mentioned but on my wife passport my name is not mentioned as her passport is valid for next 3 years.
Kindly suggest whether we need to make new passport for my wife with spouse details..

After 20 days of receiving your PER, send a letter to LVO about this omission. Also send the revised Background Declaration form. As far as I know, for any changes, LVO ask for hard copies.

But on the other hand there are quite a few fellow forum members who got it early..... so I believe it all depends on case to case basis...

dear forumites..

sad news to share and guidance sought.

my kid passed away to the eternity, 4 days back.
was fighting cancer for last 5 months.


KEY STATS.
dd mode for family of 4. 1400 CAD
app reached 14/11.

had used old fee form, couldnt chek latest [then] in disturbed mental condition..
although my kids r less than 19, new change doesnt apply to me, still it was a mistake.

questions/queries..

1. need to send revised/updated forms.. [generic, additional family info, fee]. PLZ ADD IF SOME IS MISSING.
2. now fee is to be charged 1150 CAD. is it ok for previous dd[1400] to be charged for it. yes in my opinion?
3. will they adjust or refund balance amount?
4. i hope to courier this addendum by 30-31/12 and mark URGENT on envelop[will mention previous app recvng stats]. will it be considered before dd charging[14/11 rcvd. current cc charging on 22/10] ?

ITS TOUGH to bear this loss but have to move on.
For better future and hope. life goes on...
