Thanks for your help i asked my consultant about that issue of us visit visa rejection ommission he told me no need to update and when i insisted he said we can do that when i get medical request

Consultant must be very experienced in this field.

My concern is if VO find it out before MR or before you inform them, they can directly convict you for misrepresentation - so waiting to me is a risky proposition - VO may find it or may not detect it at all. Ask your consultant, if you want to inform after MR, what could be the problem if you let VO know it before MR.

Your address will not be printed on PCC but your photo will be printed.

I personally feel it's safe to get PCC from the current address.

On my passport my current and permanent adress is mentioned but on my wife's passport my in laws address is mentioned as she had her passport before marriage.

So in PCC both address will be different

Seems like all PSK have their own rules
my passport is almost 10 (old) + 8 (new) old
same address since last 25 years
even then there was police verification
Weired huh!!

In case your passport is less than one year old and there is no address change,PSK will issue PCC same day without police verification.

Please send addendum to CIO as planned. You need to attach a cover letter explaining the situation and attach a copy of you child's death certificate.

Hope CIO will refund the additional fees.

Oh brother! It's absolutely shocking news. Appreciate your resolution in spite of passing the toughest time as a parent.

For 3 applicants, the revised fee is CAD1250 (550+550+150)
It is not possible to charge 1250 out of 1400 DD.
So you need to send a new DD or CC with new payment form, and generic application and possibly death certificate photocopy. It could be added as addendum or may not be added. If not added,I think, processing fee would not be refunded but nothing wrong for refund application to VO.

My 3rd line got Updated today after a long wait.

Medicals Received : 11th Nov
Medicals done(Mine) : 15th Nov & Additional test on 29th Nov (India)
Medicals done (Spouse) : 22nd Nov (Abroad )
RPFF Receipt,Medical receipts,PCC : 6th Dec Sent & Delivered on 8th Dec
Medical results Received (Ecas Update) : 27th Dec

Was little worried inbetween because of additonal test for BP and delay in update.

Hope this update clears my medical stage right ?

Guys..i have query
For PCC verification,on my passport my spouse name is mentioned but on my wife passport my name is not mentioned as her passport is valid for next 3 years.
Kindly suggest whether we need to make new passport for my wife with spouse details..

Sooner or later you have to add the spouse details in your passport or vice versa


I suggest do it now, either add your spouse's name in your passport or add your name in spouse's passport or both
