sad news to share and guidance sought.

my kid passed away to the eternity, 4 days back.
was fighting cancer for last 5 months.


KEY STATS.
dd mode for family of 4. 1400 CAD
app reached 14/11.

had used old fee form, couldnt chek latest [then] in disturbed mental condition..
although my kids r less than 19, new change doesnt apply to me, still it was a mistake.

questions/queries..

1. need to send revised/updated forms.. [generic, additional family info, fee]. PLZ ADD IF SOME IS MISSING.
2. now fee is to be charged 1150 CAD. is it ok for previous dd[1400] to be charged for it. yes in my opinion?
3. will they adjust or refund balance amount?
4. i hope to courier this addendum by 30-31/12 and mark URGENT on envelop[will mention previous app recvng stats]. will it be considered before dd charging[14/11 rcvd. current cc charging on 22/10] ?

ITS TOUGH to bear this loss but have to move on.

Along wid those documents..they may ask for Death certificate of kid....and as far as i lnow fee will be refunded....my humble prayers for your family..bro..

After 20 days of receiving your PER, send a letter to LVO about this omission. Also send the revised Background Declaration form. As far as I know, for any changes, LVO ask for hard copies.

Is it necessary to wait for 20 days to correct such a mistake ?! Especially if the VO is more likely to be Ottawa V.O. ?
In my case, I didn't mention the US visa refusal although there is no refusal stamp on the passport. I was about to send a cover letter along with new corrected Schedule A forms despite not having received the PER yet to the CIO Sydney. My viewpoint was that :
If I sent the the corrected forms now , there will be 2 possibilities :-
The first: the new forms will be added and thus, I did what I was supposed to do.
The second: the new forms will not be added to my application.. Here , there are 2 possibilities again :-
1- the VO office will not discover any mistakes. So, my application will be Ok.
2- the VO will ask about not mentioning the US visa refusal. and HERE , I would support my
excuse that it was unintended mistake and I have already sent the corrected forms.

Any suggestions?!

can seniors please let us know as to what is happening at CIC as people at a later dates have received their PER and we didn't receive.

Hi I am also Noc 4011,,,app received 10 Sept,,,payment mode-cc.....No information till now...I have emailed ciic last week but I guess thier reply will take time.......

My third line in ECAS is still not updated...
Still awaiting for a third line ...Any pointers from Forum members........
Medicals done on November 22-2014
RPRF,PCC and other docs reached NDVO on 3-Dec-2014
RPRF fee bank draft encashed on Dec 11-2014

Hospital Authorities say that they have up loaded the medicals on Nov 26-2014 and my documents reached NDVO on Dec 3-2014


Does payment of Right to landing fees means that medicals are cleared and soon we may get a PPR????

Still awaiting for a third line ...Any pointers from Forum members........

I got a call from HDFC Bank that bank demand draft has been encashed and has been paid to CHC on Dec 10 -2014


I called up the Hospital three times and each time they told me that they have already updated the medical results and even got a written mail confirmation from the Hospital authorities.

When will third line update.....

Nothing to worry. I am 15th july applicant, got PER on 13th Nov. Even I am waiting. Relax and Enjoy.

I am 14th July applicant, got PER on 12th Nov,
But till date the second line has not been updated in ECAS.
Is there anything to worry?

Oh brother! It's absolutely shocking news. Appreciate your resolution in spite of passing the toughest time as a parent.

For 3 applicants, the revised fee is CAD1250 (550+550+150)
It is not possible to charge 1250 out of 1400 DD.
So you need to send a new DD or CC with new payment form, and generic application and possibly death certificate photocopy. It could be added as addendum or may not be added. If not added,I think, processing fee would not be refunded but nothing wrong for refund application to VO.
