I am 200% sure that you wont be able to take ur fingerprints by yourself the way FBI wants.. So its not necessary that you get it done by a law agency but surely it should be a fingerprint expert.. and aware of the requirement of FBI fingerprinting..

I have submitted my file for FSW VISA. I do not have birth certificate as my parents didn't applied for same. I had submitted affidavit confirming my date of birth date & birth place. will that be a point concern for me? Is Birth Certificate a mandatory document ?
although I had submitted all my government & semi-government records like PAN CARD, DRIVING LICIENCE, PASSPORT, SCHOOL LEAVING CERTIFICATE, VOTER ID and In all records my actual birthdate and birthplace is mentioned.

Please Help... ??? ???

Fortune and my Medical:

Since it was taking too long to get any email/response from SG after my second line addition (9th Oct 14), I have applied for GCMS report on 18th Nov. I rcvd the report one month later...Since I am moving it took two days to read the email....

[size=13pt]And then what I have seen on the GCMS report ( @ correspondence section ) - They have sent me Medical Request on 20th Oct 14 with below docs:

1. Medical Attachment for me and spouse
2. PCC for BD and FBI report
3. Photo
4. Updated Employment letter from HR dept
5. Right of Permanent Residence Fee

They had given 60 days for all of this formalities.Whole body of the emails is written GCMS report (with all other correspondences like PER/AOR etc.).

So I have already crossed that time frame.

After that I have sent an email to SG referring to this GCMS report's email and informed them that I have not rcvd any email communication from them. They have sent me an email immediately with Medical attachment and instruction. This time they have given me 30 days and mentioned that they will refuse my application otherewise.


So after waiting of 20 months I have finally received Medical request (without receiving any prior doc req from them).

9AM to 4PM, Monday to Friday(Excluding Nova scotia holidays)

My applications was received on 1 Dec NOC 1111 at that time it was 450 and I was very relaxed that I will be in Cap but since the latest update 554+377=931 I am worried whether I will be able to make it or not ?

Yes CIC is working today because Government holidays in Canada are only 25th and 26th December.

Dont worry chap. For a rough estimate, just check the spreadsheet regarding the applicants who are yet to be charged before you and you will get an estimate

Can someone please share what tests would be done under medicals? I have company sponsored preventive medical checkup tomorrow. Want to know points to be looked at. I have thyroid and Cholesterol, but I believe these wouldn't be a problem to CIC
