u can ask ur medical centre for an acknowledgement otherwise you can send a copy of payment receipt u received from the medical centre while sending it to NDVO. good luck

We got to know our Medicals Results from Hospital Doctor 18th Dec and My Spouse and My Son Medicals are all fine and clear, but for PA thats Me they found some abnormality in the X Ray and they have already uploaded the same results to CHC on18th itself and as per the Doctor CHC might come back with Remedicals Request and so we consulted the same Doctor and she informed for sure that CHC will request for Remedicals and since the doctor is aware what tests to be done she asked us to start the tests immediately as it would take 6 Weeks for them to give the results and due to this we would save lot of time and we have already started test from 19th and we might get results by 30th Jan 2015 and as per Preliminary Results Nothing is Detected(Negative) now how will affect our PR Process as i am really Worried and Usually how long would it take for CHC to send Remedical Request

I would like to know following information. I see it is 1year validity of visa before which we have to land in dream land.
further more i have following queries.
1. My wife is applicant and i am co applicant and both of us are working. we have to apply my wife as applicant to qualify. This is why we applied on NOC 2132.
Now once the visa is granted both of us have to travel for first time to get the PR card and other formalities to be finished right.
The plan is i wanted to stay back and search for jobs and my wife will return back to India to continue supporting me until i get a job there and settle down with reasonable finance to bring the family.
1. To work out this plan the applicant can return and co applicant can search for job and work right?
2. If that is ok, then how long the applicant has to stay in canada before returning.
3. what are the formalities to be completed before applicant return back. How long this will take to complete.
4. I have children, they also can return back along with my wife until i settle in canada they can join me..what formalities to be completed for children.
5. From the children's point of view of their academics, what is the good time the children to be brought to canada to start their academics..
Experts or the people who are already living can advise all of them,,,so that i can chart out a plan for moving.

After getting PR card all of you are free to travel independently and can live in canada for whole life..
And any time is good for kids academic purpose..as early as possible..

Well; if you follow this link http://www.cic.gc.ca/english/information/applications/skilled.asp

there is a point (in the second blue box) which reads "All eligible applications received before January 1st will be considered for processing based on current guidelines"

Perhaps to avoid redundancy it has been removed from EE. Since EE is new, supposedly independent of FSW 2014.

Does city change from Delhi to Chennai with same company qualify for Employment change?? Do I need to intimate VO for that as well ??

It's better to inform VO about any Employment Change and Yes the background checks about companies are carried out by VO after PER and before MR only. If they feel need to carry out Employment verification (till now its not been confirmed that all applicant's employment verification is carried out) then you might face some problems.

Hello Guys,

With extreme pleasure and immense respect to this forum I would like to inform that I have received PPR on Dec 23.

My ECAS status was updated to Decision Made on 18th Dec'14 and it took them 4 working days to send me PPR Mail....I was bit tensed till this date.

My NoC is 2133 and VO is NDVO

I am extremely grateful to seniors like Ashifee..(Creator of this forum), Palakpatel, Diplomat,CanoI and many others....

+1 to all of you... I am Newbie so my +1 will not help but my wishes will definitely.

Now comes real part .... struggle in Canada to find place among new society and country...hope everything goes fine....

Once again ...best wishes to all you wonderful people out there... May Santa ....gifts everyone with PER/MR/PPR/Visas and Jobs in canada...

its always better to update any changes including employment changes.. wait for MR it is mentioned there too that in case of any changes mention at this stage.. so while sending your PCC, MR and RPRF include this info too with a cover letter.. good luck

Is it really necessary to update Employment change to VO after receiving PER mail? Are there any background checks done after PER stage and before MR ?? Please help....

My friend who is 2nd week Jun applicant, 2132. Got his RPRF DD enchased on 22nd Dec by NDVO, Having lot of confusion.

Based on request he sent MR, PCC & RPRF DD and delivered to CHC, NDVO on Dec 12th.

Doctors told Medical is fit and uploaded. He eagerly expecting 3rd line medical received in ECAS, but 3rd line not added still, but DD enchased on 22nd Dec...

What this mean.. (1) CHC once receive, simply check and put RPRF DD in collection box.
or (2) Thoroughly check all MR, PCC, fully satisfied then send RPRF DD for encashment.

Pls suggest. I think some of you in same situation.

There are always chances of rejection until you get your Canadian passport.
However, they're rare. Mostly it can be for two reasons, one is that you commit a crime which makes you ineligible and unsuitable to live in a civilized society like Canada. Another is that they misjudged something in your application. For e.g. they made a mistake in calculating your points and after recalculating, they found that you actually have fewer than 67 points which are needed to qualify etc.

So you should be fine! Good luck.


Is there any chances of rejection if they have any doubt with the feedback from the employers. I mean to say, if do they ask technical questions from employer and did't get the satisfactory answers.

If they need more clarification, do they contact us for further explanation or make their decision ?
