Hello Forumites . . . just a quick query. . . If the third line on ECAS says "Medicals Received", does that mean I have passed medical test and should wait for PPR. My concern is b'cos I never had a medical check up, and found that my BP was high and doc referred me for ECG, whose result were not disclosed to me.

Also, is it true that PPR email is received days after the fourth line is updated to 'Decision Made' . . . .

My spouse had a visit visa rejection for US back in 2008. The passport does not have any stamp and unfortunately we misplaced the rejection papers. We did get a US visa after a couple of years and travelled together for a holiday. We haven't mentioned this rejection in our application. Do you think it would be an issue.

Few of the forum friends did mention it wouldn't since I am the primary applicant and both of us did manage to get a visa and travel to the US post this incident.

Opinions will be appreciated.

Ant type of visa rejection for main applicant or dependent has to be declared against the question and details given in the space provided.
My husband student dependent visa for UK was rejected in 2008 due to a missing document .He reapplied after a month and was granted visa. We stayed in UK for 4 years. He also misplaced the rejection e mail. He mentioned this in FSW 2014 application and i have got PER.You may update the VO office as VO have access to US database.

Finally i got something good news to share with you all. My DD has been encashed by cic on 19th dec as per HDFC bank. now wait for per begins. I need wishes . pls wish me good luck .

guys my application arrived on 16.12.2014 can somebody tell me weather my application will be accepted or not since

My friend don't worry. Sure you are in the 207 application pending for review

My friend ( 4011 ) is 15 Oct. applicant and still not charged ( CC ).
Another applicant ( 2132 ) is 22 October applicant and still not charged ( DD ). The recent reply to his email indicated that still his application information is not in the database.

Personal feeling and conclusion: October applicants (at least those not charged)are not included in the pending column of CIC latest update. I am saying this in order not to convey unrealistic hopes. So, let us hope that I am mistaken but please be careful about this fact.

RE-POSTED, IF ANYONE HAS ANY ANSWER FOR MY BELOW QUERY PLEASE SHARE.
Unfortunately still status in the online tracking of UPS showing that parcel of my second application package has departed from Dubai to Canada.

What do you think that in these Canada is closed for the year end holidays? ? OR What could be the reason ?

Just spoke to the UPS call center and they are telling that certainly it would have already arrived in Canada on 21st December, but they are saying today at 16:00PM of Doha Qatar time (when it will be early morning in Canada) they are going to verify their offices in Canada to know that what is the status of the Parcel? Why it has not been delivered to destination (CIO,Sydney).

God forbid that staff in CIO has closed their desk and gone for end of the year vacation?

Has someone's parcel of application delivered yesterday or day before yesterday by UPS?

They are not issuing PPR or DM to 2nd may / 5th May and 6th May applicants ....
Rest all May applicants are getting.....

The figures are as on 19th Nov 2014. Please see foot note .There must be many Parcels yet to be re opened.So cap must be full.

I am getting worried now...

Just looked at the SS for NDVO applicants...few 23rd June applicants and 26th June applicants have received their Medical requests...

I am still waiting - application date 20th June.

CC Charged - 09th Oct
PER - 17th Oct...

WHAT SHOULD I DO ???

I am 30th Oct. applicant and have sent addendum on 6th Oct. I will probably get my CSE reply this week which will also support/disprove what you say.
