Hi dear,
Barcode is a must and in instructions it is said clearly that barcode page must be the cover page. I think you can enter the expansion of your initial as family name. check your passport for that and write as it is. good luck and send as soon as possible.

i dont have any family name and barcode page is not generated if i leave it blank in generic application form.
Can i just take out print out of the form without barcode and send it as it is?
will application be rejected because of not having barcode?
guys please advise. i am to send my application today.

let me know the Hyderabad forum friends whom they r visited or say whom they preferred ( as many do the extra test for money only)..... for Hyderabad india....???????

How are the forms supposed to be printed? Do we print one page per paper or do we print a sheet of paper on both sides?

BUT ITS NOWHERE WRITTEN THAT IF YOU DONT ATTACH BARCODE PAGES UR APPLICATION LL BE RETURNED OR REJECTED...WHAT IF APPLICANT DOESNT HAVE COMPUTER ACCESS????

Hello seniors

I m a bit confused as i was going through the spreadsheet today, I realized that it contains the records of even those applicants whose file received date has crossed 200 + days but they have not heard any thing from CIC yet.

why so?

whether they have not updated the sheet or it is possible that we may not get any response from CIC??

I m 10th sep applicant NOC 1123, DD mode, have not heard anything yet, neither from bank nor from CIC or call centre.

can i fill generic form with pen and send it without generating barcode?
i m doing so because barcode is not getting generated due to blank field of family name?
has anybody's file got accepted without barcode??

Some people have said "Not Applicable" can be provided in such cases. Just put a search on "BLANK FAMILY NAME" in this forum and you'll find some info on this.
Don't you have first name and last name on your passport?

If you are in India, try vfs which is safer and easier method to send and receive your passport. Good luck

What is the best way to send passport to ndvo. I mean the courier type. With in how many it will be returned with vissa.....

Yes that is expected if you had recently recieved PER.
