Does anyone know if they accept delivery on weekend?

Dude .. Courier service do not work on Weekends .. they work only on business days .. I verified it when I was sending my application ... Thinking whether CIC picks it or not is out of question :)
Hope this helps

I'm thinking not, but hoping Yes as Christmas too is coming & that for sure would be a holiday season.

Generally carriers (FedEX, DHL, etc.) will only deliver to business addresses Monday to Friday, 9am until 5pm. So likely not.

Hi Seniors, my visa office is NDVO. wanted to check if PCC issued by delhi police is valid or need to get from passport office.

Thanks

yet to get my PCC done. but basis guidance from various members from group.

1) PCC issued from passport seva kendra is valid &
2) PVC (Police verification certificate) issued from police commissioner's office is valid too.

All application are sent to the Nova Scotia office. I came across the term 'visa office', who decides the visa office? Do we have any control over it?

Now i know that there is no point checking ecas on saturday for NDVO updates ;D ;D ;D ;D

But we have seen NDVO sending emails on Sat and Sun .. dunno whether there are people working in shifts to clear backlog :o ..
I cannot resist appreciating them :-* :-* , if we compare previous years timelines with this years.. They are working very hard ..

let's give them some time to rest until this year end .. let them have fun with their families for Christmas and New Year ..

There will be a bang of MRs and PPRs in January for sure :P ;D :P ;D

Dear Seniors,

My application is already with CIC but I intend to send another application (with a Demand Draft and Reference Letters which were missed in first application). Would CIC be OK having two applications in the same NOC by the same applicant? Can they reject application based on duplication? please advise.

Guys at which stage of the process can we assume dat half the battle is won? Is getting a PER like getting half way thr or still major hurdles r left?
PER is definitly a huge step toward the PR. After getting PER the hardest past is done, at least for us with the hot NOCs :D

On the contrary, CAS updating is an automated scheduled process and, hence, it can take place during weekend.
