Finally received my PER email a few minutes back. My details are as follows:-

NOC : 2171
App received date : 29-Aug-2014
DD encashed :-19-Nov-2014(as per PER email)
PER received :- 19-Dec (112 days from date of application and 30 days from charge date)

Yes RPRF is refunded if you do not complete landing formalities within 1 year of MR..

so does that mean that NDVO is en cashing all the DD they are receiving....so we are no good if RPRF DD is en cashed.

Just wanna ask this:
Is it really 100% confirmed that CIC will count years of work experience not related to your NOC as long as you have worked at least 1 year of your intended NOC?

Yes it is 100%.

"In order to receive points for all of the jobs you have had over the past ten years, your work experience must be in one or more occupations listed in Skill Type 0, Skill Level A or B of NOC 2011. Follow the Determining your NOC category instructions above to find the NOC 2011 category that matches your skilled work experience over the past ten years."

For me, if all the documents submitted are true and you are healthy; getting PER is already an unofficially declared won battle.

Does anyone know if they accept delivery on weekend?
I'm thinking not, but hoping Yes as Christmas too is coming & that for sure would be a holiday season.
