Hi Members,
Can anyone let me know which Is the latest CC/DD charged for NOC 2132.
I am 22nd October month applicant, will there is any possibility of me getting capped out?
On an average is how much days may I check with bank if my DD is enchased or not?
Will approaching New Year holiday delay more CIC process?

what are the nocs being charged from octobe please, also what happened to FIFO rule any highlight from experts please

Its FIFO only in terms of the commencement of completeness check. Later on, depending on the application complexity and the review officer, individual applications might get charged at different points in time. There wont be huge diparity. Trust me, every1 will have their turn ;)

As I understand principle applicant's travel history is mandatory and spouse is supplementary.

buddy 1st thing is that nothing is supplementary in immigration........everything is important and compulsory...even if u miss something by mistake they will treat it as misrepresentation and can reject ur app at VO level during background checking, they assume that u hide some info from them, intentionally or by mistake what ever, and they treat it as a future threat to Canada in any way.

travelling history is more important than JD, in my view, cos they check all the places for security clearance for u and dependents. if u have not provided details correctly, app might get rejected.

Hi guys,

Can anyone please confirm if prior appointment is mandatory at PSK office is mandatory for PCC or one can walkin to PSK and get it done?

Dear Senior member,

One of my friend case has been rejected on work experience "Your letter of employment must clearly give evidence showing that you have performed the actions described in the lead statement and that you have performed a substantial number of main duties of the occupation as set out in the occupational description of NOC including all the essential duties for that period of employment. If your letter doesnt provide us with this information you will not meet regulation 10 of IRPA.

what could be the reason. He applied under 2133 NOC code and was working in Telecommunication having Electrical engineering degree.

Some of his duties are relevant to Power and Telecommunication Fixed network/ACCESS equipments.

He is again submitting with new work experience letter, should he change his designation or expereience.

Appreciate your quick response Plz.

Re: Can I apply without ECA?

Dear Seniors,

I cant apply to FSWP 2014 as I don't have my ECA yet from CES University of Toronto. My expected date of receiving the ECA is sometime in January as CES is frustratingly slow -apparently my application is invalid and will be rejected without it.

I had thought that they will allow FSWP to continue upto April 2015 and gradually transition to EE. Apparently, FSWP ends on 31 Dec, 2104.

Should I send my application without it? I will attach my CES University Receipt and my emails to them as proof and a cover note saying that I will send them the ECA upon receiving it.

Kindly advise?

it wont work, they will return ur app straight away....even if u send ur eca later on, how u gona give reference for it to ur app? they are so busy that they wont even bother to trace ur additional docs to ur app without any reference. in this case at least uci is a reference but that is issued when u r charged.

He should maximum use the wording in context with original NOC wording. Hope that helps him.

Gentelmen please I ve a question regarding the PCC

I got 2 PCC for me & my wife from Saudi arabia

Actually guys there are very rigid and no flexibility at all

My pcc is correct and directed to Canada embassy
My wife Pcc is directec to the Egyptian embassy

Could you please guide us if this is a big issue?

Thanks in advance..

I think FSW will take a backseat once EE starts because, in EE it is clear that cic would have to finished apps in less than 6 months whereas FSW estimated time varies from from diff visa offices which is average through historical data of FSW programs.

I hope I'm wrong but to continue seeing ppr issued in 6 months time for FSW 2014 (ex.CEM have issued several, may apps --by oct 31 as visa already) would end by jan. Cic will have to put their best foot forward for EE since they promised less than six months processing.

I think it is still possible to make a correction and re-send ASAP if his NOC is not in danger of hitting the cap.

Having read previous comments on this forum concerning this kind of issues, it is really hard to tell why this has happened in some cases since each case is very specific. But a closer look at the experience letters might reveal what actually went wrong.

In all, advice your friend to stay focused on amending the error and sending it in before December 31.

1st of all he must be doing 80% of the things mentioned in the intended NOC.

2nd his duties must match the requirements mentioned in that NOC

3rd his position or role or designation must match one of the designations mentioned for that NOC

4th by simply changing the designations or roles or duties wont help anything.

5th his app rejected cos....may be he is an electrical engineer but working for a telecom company...may be the degree requirement for NOC is for a telecom degree not electrical one. have u checked with the details?
