Thank you canadamylove for your reply, +1 to you. We were worried about this. No we are not rich or anything, it was our savings. We just wanted to be sure it worked out and now that we do kinda hope they refund one application :)

They won't gonna refund nothing buddy but don't you think that even it worked it was too much to pay and in the end get withdrawn?

Is it possible to check ecas without receiving per yet? If yes, how? Thanks

Yes, those applicants who contact CIO via phone and get uci number and then starts following their apps.

I found below link.

ohrc.on.ca/en/policy-removing-“canadian-experience”-barrier

This is for future immigrant who are concern about Job search without Canadian experience . I guess after this guidelines by ohrc situation should be better for immigrant in ON.

Dear Y-Y

I assume the email is somehow useless in this case. I guess they just put emails in a queue to handle them in due time (about 30 working days). As per this forum the chance for an addendum to be matched with the application is 50%.
Sending a new application with CC rather than DD is a good idea as the last option. You are able to limit the credit card in a case that your current application would be successful. They won't penalize you for sending multiple applications.

Thanks for the answer :)
Do have any idea about the percentage of those who have had UCI and their addendum matched to their application?

Re: Resume question

If they discover the "discrepancy" you are talking about I think it wouldn't matter. There are a lot of people that have changed professions and that's completely normal. As long as the info your submitted is true and you can prove it I think you are OK.
Hi krasburn,
Many thanks for your reply.
I understand what you said, but my concern is not about profession change,
i was NOC2133 for 6 years in my country, and then 1 year for NOC2174(in Canada), now i'm back to my country still working under NOC2133.
The discrepancy is in my resume that i submitted 1 year ago in order to apply for NOC2174 job in Canada, in that resume, my title was NOC2133, but i stressed on duties of NOC2174.
Now in the letter of reference i submitted to apply for FSWP, my title is still NOC2133, and it stresses on duties of NOC2133 as well.
my concern is when my case goes to local visa office, does the immigration officer check all the documents i submitted before and find in my resume that i did a lot of work in NOC2174?
because to qualify for immigration, the applicant shall spend a significant amount of time doing jobs under the NOC he applies. i'm afraid that discrepancy may jeopardize my entire application.
thanks seniors, what are your opinions?

i think it will be ok , if she can send the additional documents before they take all documents for completeness check...

I am sure that they will acknowledge no addendums sent after Dec. 31 since it makes the program deadline somewhat flexible.

It is supposed to remain the same, but sometime they cannot find it in their database and issue a new #.
CAS will let you in only after data entry. In my case it took place on the per day.

Anyone here with same experience as mine CIC attempted to charge on credit card but transaction was declined and up to now no 2nd attempt was made? They are telling 2nd to 4th attempts will be made, Im wondering on my case coz two have passed since the 1st attempt to charge was made but no more second attempt to charge. Do I need to worry?

How soon can one check when you have UCI number with application received on 4 December 2014?
An applicant reported a few hours ago that he was able to check his ECAS 4 days before receiving PER but no idea when yours will be accessible. Check the SS to get an idea when you should will be getting PER and start checking by then.
