What do you mean by "going down" - CIC is working slowly or the program will be closed by the end of the year. I am august applicant and have not received my PER very worried.

He meant, closed by end of the year.
If at all they may update it to show particular NOC CAPPED & not receive any applications in Dec. If no NOC is nearby 1000 then they may not update..

Dear friends,
In sending Addendum, how important are UCI and email for the officers to match it with application? (I have UCI)
My main application was received on Nov 07 and the addendum (Updated Fee Payment form) + email on Nov 19. On addendum package and email I mentioned my UCI and main application tracking number and ALL the necessary information. I also mentioned the addendum tracking number in my email which was sent immediately after received addendum.

My main question is if the officer don't see my email before completeness check (which is probable due to recent quick cc charges), can I expect the addendum to be matched with my application?

What's your idea about sending a new application?

Hi brother first of all a big Congo for ur wedding..... you can send a cse informing the vo probably after the 3rd week of December as by then your file should reach the vo.... best of luck for further process

thanks bro and +1 I was confused since the email says to notify visa office of the changes in application.....wouldn't that be considered a fault on my part to delay this intimation ??

My ECA report will only be available in early Jan. However, I need to send in the application for FSW before the end of the year. Could anyone tell me if I can send in the application first, stating that ECA reports by WES is on the way, and send it in a few weeks later?

Also Can I send in the proof of close relative afterwards?

you can send the ECA as addendum later on...but, it is not 100% guaranteed they will merge the additional documents with previous documents....but, since you dont have other options...better you send the available documents now and then ECA & other documents in one courier...time is running out..better do it now itself....
