Update on 2173

After a stressful wait of seeing the 2173 CAP getting reached and the last CC charge reported in spreadsheet having the same received date as my application received date (Aug 12), I finally received my PER mail today.

NOC: 2173
Visa Office: CPC-Ottawa
Application Received: August 12, 2014
DD Encashed (as per CIC mail): Nov 12, 2014
PER mail: Dec 02, 2014

Also, updated the spreadsheet

In the form IMM 5662E - Supplementary information for the travel ... There is no place to sign the form ... What to do in such case ? Shall we leave it as it is or what ?

No place to sign means, Dont Sign..
Follow the Instructions on Guide 7000.

Why CIC is not sending my PER..... :'(

Dear Members,
London Visa Office sent PCC request and medical request on 10th Oct 2014.
PCC were sent to them within a month time frame. How would i know they received my PCC as no acknowledgment from their side received? Only evidence is my DHL Tracking shows that PCC were received by London Visa office representative.
I have got my medical done 14 days back, as per Dr within 5 working days medical will be received by CIC. How would i know if medical is received or not and on which date CIC received my medical?
My status on CIC website is still in Process stage. How long it takes the status to get change to next level.

Iam an August 18 applicant , noc 2133, payment mode DD..

Am presently in Canada as a visitor, so i had my UCI number.
when i checked ECAS now, it shows that my application was received on August 18...
It means that my PER is on the way, or My consultant in India have already got the PER mail ... its now early morning in India, so i cant call my consultant to verify this.....

In the Fee payment form, under the credit card section ... It says , Name of the Cardholder ( Please print ) ... What does this means ? I mean, after typing the name of the cardholder, of course we will take a print out of the form ... Is this the case or we need to leave the Name of cardholder blank and later after printing, we need to write it from a pen ?
