application recvd: date 24th july 2014. but even the payment has not been charged yet..is it a matter of concern.....anyone please guide

Under the new online express entry system, skilled immigrants will be matched with vacant jobs in at least 50 occupations based on "scores that reflect their human capital and ability to succeed in the Canadian economy."

Only the "highest ranking candidates" will be invited to apply for permanent residency and applications will be processed in six months or less

Thanks for the guidance...can you please tell the process of enquiry...it will be of great help..because i have heard that i cannot enquire till the time i dont get PER number

I think what you put is misinformation , ... kenya is not ebola affected country , and Nairobi VO also represent east and south east African countries ... btw Nigeria affected by ebola but they control it so that many Nigerians getting MR request recently ... for your information , Ebola affected countries are Guinea, Serra lieone , liberia .... those who report and treat in their country the disease include USA, Spain , Mali, Nigeria, Germany.

+1 for you my friend

Mr Diplomatru/Arrogant,

I find no reason why in the whole world only you have doubts on things (even after me sharing the mail from VO requesting PP), well anyways I leave you with your own dobuts to trouble yourself more thinking whether we are fake or genuine (Rude as you are - i do not care if you still have doubts). But appreciate that you do not keep on repeating this fake claims as that is more worring than the fact that ppl have not received PPR requests.

I hope you are here to help and not spread rumors.

To be eligible for a bridging work permit, the following parameters must be met:

the foreign national is currently in Canada;
they have valid status on a work permit that is due to expire within four months;
they are the principal applicant on an application for permanent residence under the FSWP, the CEC, the FSTP, or the PNP (see note below);
they have received a positive eligibility assessment on their permanent residence application under one of the Economic Class programs above; and
they have applied for an open work permit.

Please note the following foreign nationals do not qualify for a bridging work permit:

Foreign nationals in Canada under section 186 of the Immigration and Refugee Protection Regulations (work permit exempt) situations.
Foreign nationals who have let their status expire and must apply for restoration in order to return to temporary resident status.
Foreign nationals whose work permits are valid for longer than four months and/or already have a new LMO that can be used as the basis for new work permit application
Foreign nationals applying for a bridging work permit at the port of entry.
Spouse and dependents of the principal permanent resident applicant.

Yes you are eligible.. so the prcoess is u will get briding work permit till a decision is made on ur PR file. So good luck and it get approved with ease. apply online via CIC...

Yes you are 100% eligible for bridging Open Workpermit (BOWP) as long as you have an ongoing PR application in process at CIO level (e.g PER email) as you had already stated. Are you on open work permit or closed WP (via LMIA)?

If you are on open workpermit and you are within the 4month expiry date, you can apply for BOWP now online, attach the application form, a cover letter (I can copy n paste example if you want), passport and you may (or may not) attach a copy PER email if you want (the VO MAY check if your PR application is truly in-process through their database)...pay their $155 and game on!!!. they should attend to you within 2-4weeks.

No panicking bro!!! I did the same ( I applied a week after cc charge fsw without PER, with 3weeks to visa expiry date).

NB: Your BOWP visa extension would begin on the date your application started processing, not from the date your current visa expired :)

No you don't have to mention that. If you are using Receiver General for Canada then you need to issue it on Canadian Dollars. You will send the DD to High Commission of Canada along with any other documents you were asked to submit. No need to worry.

But RPRF Instruction form says following line ""You must submit the fee directly to the High Commission of Canada in Singapore"" , then how I will mention at DD that I am paying to the High Commission of Canada in Singapore ?

I still think CIO is stuck with issuing 11th August PER. The 15th August entry in SS for PER should be by mistake!!
