Hey I posted my application yesterday!

I just realised my employment reference letters are on official letterheads, signed by the directors but not dated or stamped.

Can I send them another copy or an email with the scans?

Please help. Thanks

By not dated, I mean the supervisor didnt put the date for when the letter was issued.

The letters clearly show the dates I have worked (start to end) ..

Do I need to send another application? Thanks for the advice..

i think u can stop the shipment it might be in INDIA still.request courier company to send back the package.then change the docs.

Unfortunately, I know a case where the file was rejected just because the reference letter didn't have a date in the header. Anyway, you should wait for more opinions by the knowledgeable people here

Thanks. I haven't got my per though the bank said my DD was encashed on Nov.19.

At present, applicants of 6-7 August are getting PERs. So if your app. received date is close to 6-7 August, you are likely to receive PER soon.

Also, please enter your timeline in the left panel. It makes it easier for us to give appropriate estimates.

Hello Seniors/Experts,

I am posting a query first time on this forum. I am Sep 4th applicant, NOC 4011 and I've got to know that my DD has been cleared on 27th Nov. Now I don't know about what may happen next. Is it a signal of acceptance of my file/PER? Please guide.

congrats for getting DD cashed......frm which bank u got ur DD n hw did u come to know of its cashed? PER will b next step. currently PERs of 7 aug (one 15 aug also) are being issued.

Main application has Sec.Certi as DOB proof, and plain paper signed declaration requesting to use Sec Certi in lieu of BC.

Send additional documents i.e, Notarized affidavit for BC missing. from me and father, mother.
Additional Docs reached CIC on 28 Nov only.

Now should i write email to CIC, about additional documents or leave it on on its own.

As CC has been charged , should I consider that my application has sailed through the BC absence issue.

Your application has passed completness check and moreover BC issue also. Still it is good idea to write email stating the details of both couriers and also send scan copy of the documents for their reference.
